China Pacific Insurance Company was incorporated in Shanghai on April 26, 1991 as the first nationwide joint stock commercial insurance company in China.Approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the company was renamed "China Pacific Insurance Co., Ltd" on October 24, 2001 and divided into two controlled divisions, China Pacific Property Insurance Co., Ltd and China Pacific Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Within the last decade, several advances in allergy research and development have been made in Asia, beginning in Japan and Korea. In 1991, the Asia-Pacific Association of Allergy and Clinical Immunology was founded, and its first congress was launched in Bangkok, Thailand. In 1997, the Asia-Pacific Association of Pediatric Allergy, Respirology and Immunology took shape and has served as a hub for communication between key researchers and pediatric allergists in Asia.

In the boreal summer, there are two STH ridge lines in mid-Pacific separated by the mid-Pacific trough, of which the north part (call as mid-Pacific STH ridge line) is joined with the west Pacific STH, and the south is belonged to the North America STH. The structure of them is winter pattern that the ridge axis slopes southward against height. Litter differences lie in vertical circulation structure of the steady and instantaneous mid-Pacific STH, and descent flow exists around ridge axis.

Corresponding to the long-lasting El Nio event, cyclonic anomalous circulation over the eastern North Pacific weakens slowly and anticyclonic anomalous circulation over the western North Pacific strengthens slowly at 850 hPa. Therefore the tropical Pacific westerly anomaly keeps long. The anomalous positive velocity potential over the western South Pacific at 200 hPa, which is related to the strong Australian winter monsoon, helps a long duration of El Nio. Corresponding to the short-lasting El Nio, the anomalous positive velocity potential over the western Pacific at 200 hPa moves eastward quickly and results in the vanishing of El Nio event.

还发现对于持续时间较长的El Nio事件，东北太平洋上850hPa异常气旋性环流减弱和西北太平洋上异常反气旋性环流增强较慢，因此赤道太平洋异常西风维持的时间也较长，而与澳大利亚冬季风加强相关联的南半球西太平洋的速度势正距平的维持，对El Nio的持续也起一定作用；对应持续时间较短的El Nio事件，西太平洋上200hPa速度势正距平的迅速东移，对El Nio的迅速消亡起重要作用。

研究发现当北半球夏季出现积雪强迫型遥相关时，东亚－西太平洋地区既存在异常纬向环流，也存在异常经向环流；而当出现东亚太平洋型遥相关时，东亚－西太平洋地区以异常纬向环流为主。分析还发现源于北太平洋的异常涡旋在向南传播的过程中，先取西南路径，在到达菲律宾东部以后折向东南。

From the result of temperature analyzing, the thermocline depth anomaly and heat storage anomalies transmit from tropical west Pacific to east Pacific in equator. The heat storage anomalies in east equatorial Pacific reach its maximum value before west equatorial Pacific.

On the other hand, when the tropical western Pacific is in a cooling state in spring, convective activities are weakened around the Philippines. In this case, there is an anticyclonic anomaly circulation in the lower troposphere over the South China Sea, and the western Pacific subtropical high shifts westward, thus, the late onset of the SCSM can be caused. Moreover, when the tropical western Pacific is also in a cooling state, convective activities around the Philippines are also weak in summer, since the abrupt northward-shift of the western Pacific subtropical high is not obvious in mid-June and early July and it gradually shifts northward during its northward advance in this case, the East Asian summer monsoon rainband can be maintained in the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River valleys.

The results show that when the tropical western Pacific is in a warming state in spring, convective activities are intensified around the Philippines. In this case, there is a cyclonic anomaly circulation in the lower troposphere over the South China Sea, and the western Pacific subtropical high shifts eastward, thus, the early onset of the South China Sea summer monsoon can be caused. Moreover, when the tropical western Pacific is also in a warming state, convective activities around the Philippines are also strong in summer, since the western Pacific subtropical high abruptly shifts northward in mid-June and early July during its northward advance in this case, the abrupt northward-shift of the East Asian summer monsoon rainband from South China to the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River valleys is obvious in mid-June and this monsoon rainband again jumps northward from the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River valleys to the Yellow River valley, North China and Northeast China in early July.

分析结果表明：当春季热带西太平洋处于暖状态，菲律宾周围对流活动强，在这种情况下，南海上空对流层下层有气旋性距平环流，西太平洋副热带高压偏东，从而使得南海夏季风爆发早；并且，当夏季热带西太平洋也处于暖状态，菲律宾周围对流活动也很强，在这种情况下，西太平洋副热带高压北进时，在6月中旬和7月初存在明显的突跳，从而使得东亚季风雨带在6月中旬明显由华南北跳到江淮流域，并于7月初由江淮流域北跳到黄河流域、华北和东北地区。
