In this paper, author tries to inquiry into the possibility of PHB production through fermentation of fructose-glucose syrup by Alcaligenes eutrophus with emphasis on the production technology of the starch-based totally-biodegradable plastic products whose main component is starch and whose additive is also totally-biodegradable and on the research and experiment of biodegradability of the products.
