Abstract］ objective for the purpose of scientific evaluation and improvement on unreasonable parameter of viral inactivation,the dynamics curve of time corresponding to effect by given viral inactivation factor treated to blood plasma product were analyzed.methods aimed at vesicular stomatitis virus, sindbis virus, human immunodeficiency virus, polioviruses, pseudorabies virus,encephalon-yocarditis virus; validate data of viral inactivated on pasteurization of albumin, human rabies immunoglobulin with ph 4, human immunoglobulin and human hepatitis b immunoglobulin for intravenous injection with ph 4/pasteurization,treatment on human fibrinogen and human coagulation factor ⅷ with solvent/detergent and vapor heating at 100 ℃30 min were systemic regularized respectively.the mean and standard deviation also coefficient of variation for virus survival titer in different time were stated, dynamics curve of virus inactivation were made and analyzed.results human albumin pasteurization inactivated vsv and sindbis virus,hrig low ph inactivated vsv and sindbis virus,hrig low ph inactivated hiv virus,ivig low ph/pasteurization inactivated hiv virus,ivig low ph inactivated hiv virus,hbig low ph/pasteurization inactivated vsv,sindbis and polio virus.conclusion suggestion about improvement on unreasonable parameter and standard of virus inactivation is made,cultivate target virus directly from final product by appropriate cell or method to monitoring viral safety of blood plasma product is advanced.

目的 分析血液制品特定灭活因子的时效动力学曲线，科学性地评价与改进不合理的病毒灭活参数。方法系统性整理针对水疱性口炎病毒、黄热病毒、脊髓灰质炎病毒、伪狂犬病毒、脑心肌炎病毒、人类免疫缺陷病毒，人血白蛋白采用巴氏消毒法，狂犬病人免疫球蛋白采用低ph常温孵放法，静注人免疫球蛋白、静注人乙肝免疫球蛋白采用低ph/巴氏消毒法；人纤维蛋白原、人凝血因子ⅷ采用有机溶剂/去污剂与干热法灭活病毒的验证资料，统计3批样品多个取样点的残余病毒滴度均值、标准差与变异系数，制作灭活病毒动力曲线图并进行分析。结果人血白蛋白巴氏灭活vsv与sindbis病毒，hrig低ph灭活vsv和sindbis病毒，hrig低ph灭活hiv病毒，ivig低ph/巴氏灭活hiv病毒，ivig低ph灭活hiv病毒，hbig低ph/巴氏灭活vsv、sindbis与polio病毒。结论建议改进病毒灭活验证标准与不合理的灭活参数；采用终产品样品通过合适细胞或方法直接培养目标病毒来有效监测血液制品的病毒安全性。

objective to assess the fulfillment of round 3 of global fund aids program in china in order to provide basis for selecting scientific preventive measures and making reasonable work plan.methods to analyze the core programs from reports of round 3 of global fund aids program in 72 counties of 7 provinces in mid part of china,and to assess it by combining specific investigated results.results up to dec 31,2006,fulfilling rate of receiving treatment for occasional infection,and the number of preventing aids patients as well as infected persons was 98.57%.the rate of other index overpassed rearranged objectives.of which,the rate of vct was 111.45%,the rate of receiving anti-virus treatment was 108.42%,the rate of programs activities of government and non-government was 133.83%.at least there was one teacher trained living skills about aids.the fulfilling rate of the number of middle schools of developing living skill education about aids was 125.73%.the fulfilling rate of the number of middle school students educated about living skills was 147.53%.conclusion the fulfillment of objective management of round 3 about aids,especially core index was effective.but there existed the problem that fulfilling rate of some index was too high,which would be corrected in the later phase.

对中国中部7个省72个县实施第三轮全球基金艾滋病项目的完成项目指标报表进行汇总，对其中10个核心项目进行分析。结果截至2006年12月31日，10个核心项目中，除接受机会性感染治疗和预防的艾滋病患者/感染者人数的完成率为98.57%，其他指标完成率均超过了预定目标。其中自愿咨询检测人次数的目标完成率为111.45%；接受抗病毒治疗的艾滋病患者数的目标完成率为121.37%；获得关怀与支持的hiv感染者/艾滋病患者及其家庭数的目标完成率为108.42%；政府部门与非政府机构主动开展的项目活动数的目标完成率为133.83%；至少有一位教师接受过艾滋病生活技能培训，并对中学生开展艾滋病生活技能教育的中学数的目标完成率为125.73%；接受生活技能教育的中学生数目标完成率为147.53%。结论第三轮艾滋病项目的目标管理，特别是核心指标的完成情况取得了比较理想的效果，但存在个别指标完成率过高的问题，将在后续阶段予以纠正。

Neutralizing potency of the patent recombinant anti-rabies virus McAbs, SO57 and SOJB,have been investigated broadly to different rabies virus strains in various animal models.100% Chinese Hamsters could be protected by 100IU/kg SO57 against China prevalent street rabies virus named SBD.We firstly established the mouse model to simulate human postexposure prophylaxis by rabies virus and found SO57 had the same function with HRIG against CVS or three China typical street rabies viruses.However,HRIG could not 100% protect the mice challenged with SBD street virus,rabies virus vaccine alone could not save life from rabies virus infection.The cocktail containing SOJB and SO57(1:1) did not do better than SO57 alone.

用不同的动物模型研究了具有专利的重组人抗狂犬病病毒单克隆抗体SO57、SOJB对不同狂犬病病毒株的中和作用，100IU/kg的SO57能100%保护被中国街毒株SBD攻击的中国仓鼠；首次用小鼠模型模拟人体被狂犬病病毒攻击后的治疗情况，在小鼠被CVS及中国街毒代表株攻击后，SO57与HRIG具有相近的对小鼠的暴露后保护作用；同时结果显示HRIG对SBD株攻击的保护率不能到达100%，仅使用疫苗是不能对感染病毒的小鼠百分之百的保护；SOJB与SO57 1：1联合使用未显示比SO57单独使用更好的保护效果。
