125I seeds interstitial brachytherapy is a new kind of method to treat with malignant tumors. The aim of the experimental research through animals is to investigate the therapeutic effect and the pathological changes on rabbits' VX_2 liver tumor treated with ~(125)I seeds interstitial brachytherapy and percutaneous ethanol injection under CT guidance. And it can become a new and effective kind of therapies to be applied for the clinical treatment to mid-advanced stage and recurring liver tumor.
