These studies indicate the rationality of our molecular design based on the crystal structure of KARI complex. To obtain more KARI inhibitors with high activities, the molecular docking and 3D-QSAR methods were applied to our further studying of these amidine compounds. Two methods AutoDock3. 0.3 and DOCK4. 0 were used in molecular docking, and the calculate results accord with that of herbicidal tests in general. The CoMFA model from 3D-QSAR analysis provided useful guidance for designing highly active compounds prior to their synthesis.

Mallory trichrism staining exhibited light blue samples. Eight weeks following repair, CT showed round blunt defect edges in the coronal position, which had bony pustute connection with gel materials. Density at the defect region significantly increased. 3D reconstruction suggested that defects became small. After hematoxylin-eosin staining, abundant fibrous connective tissue appeared in defect regions, with bony tissues. Mallory trichrism staining revealed that maroon mature bone tissues were found, surrounded by light blue chondroid tissues. Twelve weeks following repair, coronal defect regions were filled with callus. 3D reconstruction showed that defects were repaired. Defect region and surrounding bony tissues had bony connection, with thick bone trabecula and mature Haversian system.

Plantlet regeneration from cotyledon of Citrullus lanatus cv. Zhangkang No. 4 was studied. The results showed that aseptic seedlings should be cultured in dark for 3d, then exposed to a photoperiod of 16/8h/d for 3d. The callus induction rate was higher in cotyledons placed facing downwards to the medium than in those facing upwards. The highest induction rate occurred in MS medium containing 6-BA (2.0mg/L), kinetin (1.0mg/L)and GA3 (1.0mg/L). The induction initiated in dark and took 7 days, while callus growth and differentiation proceeding for 7 days under 16/8h light-dark cycles. A highest rate of embryogenic callus was obtained after 3 successive subcultures.

Although many kinds of useful projective invariance have been derived so far, the sorts of 3D object to which they could be used are still very limited. So there are some needs to develop more powerful invariance for the 3D object recognition. Finally, in the last part of this paper, the future researches in this field are proposed.
