Good people all, this Christmas-time 善良的人们啊，这个圣诞节时

Consider well and bear in mind 考虑好并牢记

What our good God for us has done 我们有什么好神为我们做了

In sending his beloved Son. 在送他的爱子。

   

With Mary holy we should pray 随着圣玛我们应该祈祷

To God with love this Christmas day 神用爱这个圣诞节

In Bethlehem upon that morn 在伯利恒后的早晨

There was a blessed Messiah born. 生了一个祝福的弥赛亚。

   

The night before that happy tide 那快乐的浪潮前一天晚上

The noble Virgin and her guide 高贵的圣母和她的导

Were long time seeking up and down 人长的时间寻找向上和向下

To find a lodging in the town 为了找到在镇住宿

But mark how all things come to pass 但马克万物如何应验

From every door repelled alas! 从每一个门击退唉！

As long foretold, their refuge all 只要预言，他们的避难所全部

Was but an humble ox's stall. 只不过是一个不起眼的牛的摊位。

   

There were three wise men from afar 有三个聪明人从远方

Directed by a glorious star 由光荣的明星导演

And on they wandered night and day 和他们逛到晚上和白天

Until they came where Jesus lay 直到他们来到耶稣那里躺着

And when they came unto that place 而当他们对那个地方来了

Where our beloved Messiah was 在那里我们敬爱的弥赛亚

They humbly cast them at his feet 他们谦虚地扔在他的脚下

With gifts of gold and incense sweet. 随着黄金和香甜蜜礼物。

   

Near Bethlehem did shepherds keep 伯利恒附近做了牧羊人不断

Their flocks of lambs and feeding sheep 他们与羔羊饲养成群的牛羊

To whom God's angels did appear 1:27神的使者也出现

Which put the shepherds in great fear 它把牧羊人在巨大的恐惧

"Prepare and go," the angels said “准备走， ”天使说：

"To Bethlehem , be not afraid “伯利恒，不要怕

For there you'll find this happy morn 因为在那里，你会发现这幸福的早晨

A princely babe, sweet Jesus born." 王侯宝贝，亲爱的耶稣诞生。 “

   

With thankful heart and joyful mind 用感恩的心脏和快乐的心灵

The shepherds went the babe to find 牧羊人去贝贝找到

And as God's angel had foretold 而作为上帝的使者曾预言

They did our Saviour Christ behold 他们做我们的救主耶稣基督看哪

Within a manger he was laid 在马槽里，他被解雇

And by his side the Virgin maid 而在他身边的处女女仆

Attending on the Lord of life 出席生命的主

Who came on earth to end all strife. 谁来到地球上结束一切纷争。
