Long time ago in Bethlehem 很久以前，在伯利恒

So the Holy Bible says 所以圣经说：

Mary's Boy Child, Jesus Christ 玛丽的男孩孩子，耶稣基督

Was born on Christmas Day. 出生于圣诞节。

   

Hark, now hear the angels sing 听，现在听天使在唱歌

New King's born today 新的国王诞生了今天

And man will live forevermore 和人将永远活

Because of Christmas day. 由于圣诞节。

   

While shepherds watched their flocks by night 虽然牧羊人夜间眼睁睁地看着自己的羊群

They saw a bright new shining star 他们看到了一个崭新的闪亮之星

And heard a choir from heaven sing 并听见从天上有合唱团唱

The music came from afar. 音乐从远方赶来。

Now Joseph and his wife Mary 约瑟和他的妻子玛丽

Came to Bethlehem that night 来到伯利恒，当晚

They found no place to bear her Child 他们发现没有地方来承担她的孩子

Not a single room was in sight. 没有一个房间是在视线内。

   

By and by they found a little nook 渐渐地，他们发现了一个小角落

In a stable all forlorn 在一个稳定的所有渺茫

And in a manger cold and dark 而在马槽里又冷又黑

Mary's little Boy Child was born. 玛丽的小男孩，孩子生下来。

   

Trumpets sound and angels sing 号角声天使在唱歌

Listen to what they say 听他们说什么

That man will live forevermore 那人会活到永永远远
