If you had a vineyard 如果你有一个葡萄园

On a fruitful hill 在肥美的山冈

And you fenced it and cleared it 而你围起来，并清除它

Of all stones yountil yountil所有的石头

You planted it 你种了它

With the choicest of vine 用最上等葡萄

And you even built a tower 你甚至盖了一座楼

And a press to make wine 和记者使酒

Jerusalem and judah 耶路撒冷和犹大

You be the judges I pray 你是我祈祷评委

Between me and my vineyard 与我和我的葡萄园

This is what God says 这就是神说

   

What more could I have done in it 还有什么我就做了

That I did not do in it 我没有在里面做

Why when I ask it for sweetness 为什么当我问它的甜度

It brings only bitterness 它带来的只有痛苦

   

For the vineyard of the lord of hosts 万军之耶和华的葡萄园

Is the house of israel 是以色列的房子

And the men of judah 和犹大人

His pleasant plant 他愉快厂

   

And he looks for justice but beholds oppression 他看起来正义，但必见的压迫

And he hopes for equality but hears a cry 他希望在平等，而是听到了一声

Jerusalem and Judah 耶路撒冷和犹大

This is god's reply 这是上帝的答复

   

Sadness will come 悲伤会来

To those who build house to house 对于那些谁建挨家挨户

And lay field to field 'til there's room 打下场到现场，直到有足够的空间

For none but you to dwell in the land 对于没有，但你在地上。

Oh in the land 哦，在土地

   

And sadness will come 和悲伤会来

To those who call evil good 对于那些谁称恶为善

And good evil who present 善为恶谁介绍

Darkness as light 黑暗中的光

And light as darkness 光为暗

Who present as sweetness 谁是目前甜度

Only the things which are bitterness 只有那些辛酸事

   

For the vineyard of the lord of hosts 万军之耶和华的葡萄园

Is the house of israel 是以色列的房子

And the men of Judah his pleasant plant 犹大他愉快厂的人

Oh oh his pleasant plant 哦，哦，他愉快厂

   

Oh that my eyes were a fountain of tears 哦，我的眼睛为泪的泉源

That I might weep for my poor people 我可能哭的我可怜的人

   

For every boot stamped with fierceness 对于每次开机加盖激烈

For every cloak rolled in blood 对于每一个斗篷卷起血

Jerusalem and Judah 耶路撒冷和犹大

I'd cry if I could 如果我能我哭了
