From God our Heavenly Father 从神我们的天父

A blessed angel came 一个幸福的使者

And unto certain shepherds 而对某些牧羊人

Brought tidings of the same 同样带来了福音

How in that Bethlehem was born 如何在伯利恒诞生

The son of God by name 神的名字儿子

   

"Fear not," then said the angel “不要害怕”，然后说天使

This day is born a saviour 这一天出生的救世主

Of a pure virgin bright 纯处女亮

From Satan's pow'r and might" 从撒旦的的powr和力量“

   

The shepherds at those tidings 在这些喜讯的牧羊人

Rejoiced much in mind, 欢乐多一点，

And left their flocks a-feeding 并留下他们的羊群A-喂养

In tempest, storm and wind 在暴风雨中，风暴风

And went to Bethlehem straightaway 并前往伯利恒通俗易懂

This blessed babe to find 这祝福贝贝找到

   

But when to Bethlehem they came 但是，当到伯利恒，他们来到

Whereat this infant lay Whereat这个婴儿躺着

They found him in a manger 他们发现他在马槽里

Where oxen feed on hay 干草凡牛饲料

His mother Mary kneeling 他的母亲玛丽跪

Unto the Lord did pray 向耶和华祷告没

   

Now to the Lord sing praises 我们的主唱好

All you within this place 你这个地方内

And with true love and brotherhood 与真正的爱情和兄弟情谊

Each other now embrace 对方现在拥抱

This holy tide of Christmas 这神圣的圣诞潮

All others doth deface 所有其他凸现污损
