Well I opened my eyes 好吧，我睁开了眼睛

And my daddy held me in his hands 而我的爸爸抱着我在他的手中

I looked up through the water 我抬起头，透过水

And thought I saw Jesus, and then... ，我想我看见了耶稣，然后......

   

Well I threw up my hands! 好吧，我扔了我的手！

And I heard, Amen! 我听见这话，阿门！

And I prayed, sweet Jesus 我祈祷，亲爱的耶稣

Don't let me become a backslider! 不要让我成为一个背道！
