O My God, I am heartily sorry, 我的神啊，我衷心抱歉，

For having offended Thee, 对于有得罪了你，

And I detest all my sins, 我讨厌我一切的罪，

Because I dread the loss of heaven, 因为我害怕失去天堂，

And the pains of Hell, 和地狱的痛苦，

But most of all because I have offended Thee My God, 但最重要的，因为我得罪了你我的上帝，
