Not once have I backed down 没有一次把我退缩

And though I've spilled a lot of blood 虽然我已经洒了很多血

I never once received a mortal wound 我从来没有一次受到了致命伤

   

I've raided shores in many lands 我已经在许多地区袭击海岸

I cannot count the men I've killed 我不能指望我所杀的人

So many friends died with sword in hand 这么多的朋友用剑在手死亡

But the warrior's death was never granted me 但是战士的死亡从来没有授予我

   

I dress myself in battle clothes 我穿自己的衣服上阵
