There are three things I do when my life falls apart 有三件事情我做的时候，我的生活分崩离析

Number one I cry my eyes out and dry up my heart 头号我哭我的眼睛并擦干了我的心脏

Not until I do this will my new life start 直到我做这将我的新生活开始

So that’s the first thing that I do when my life falls apart. 所以这是我做的时候我的生活分崩离析的第一件事。

   

Oh, the second thing I do is I close both of my eyes 呵呵，第二件事情我做的是我关闭我的两个眼睛

And say my thank-yous to each and every moment of my life. 说我感谢你要跟每一个和我生命中的每一刻。

I go where I know the love is and let it fill me up inside 我去哪里，我知道爱是让它充满我的内心

Gathering new strength from sorrow, 收集自哀新的力量，

I’m glad to be alive. 我很高兴自己还活着。

The third thing that I do now when my world caves in, 第三件事情，我现在做的时候在我的世界洞穴，

is I pause, I take a breath, and bow and I let that chapter end. 也是我暂停，我深吸一口气，低头，我让该章结束。

I design my future bright not by where my life has been. 我设计我的未来光明不是在我的生活一直。

And I try, try, try, try, try again. 我尝试，尝试，尝试，尝试，再尝试。

Yes I try, try, try, try, try again. 是的，我尝试，尝试，尝试，尝试，再尝试。

   

Things are looking up 事物都在进步

I know beyond the dark the sun is rising 我知道超越黑暗的太阳升起

Things are looking up 事物都在进步

And I know above the clouds the sun is shining 而且我知道在云层之上的阳光灿烂

Things are looking 事情正在寻找
