It was pointed that the teaching self-controlling is a feedback process of teachers. In such process, the teachers can supervise, adjust and control themselves through self-feeling and adjudgement on the teaching effect. The intrinsic personality, intrinsic requirement, self-feeling and the satisfaction degree on teaching process are the main factors to affect on the teaching self-controlling. Based on the analysis, several suggestions were given to promote the teaching self-controlling in higher education.
指出教师教学自我监控是其在外在压力和内在需求的共同作用下,通过教师的自我感知使其对自己的教学效果进行自我判断,进而对自己的教学进行监督、调节和控制的过程;教师的个体特征、内在需求、教学效果的自我感知以及满意度是影响其教学自我监控行为的主要因素,并在此基础上进一步提出促进高校教师进行教学自我监控的几点建议。
