摘要] 目的:为探讨沐舒坦雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎的效果。方法:将96例婴幼儿肺炎随机分成两组,两组均在常规抗感染,纠正缺氧、酸碱平衡、电解质紊乱,治疗组加用沐舒坦雾化吸入,对照组用α糜蛋白酶、地塞米松雾化吸入。对两组的咳嗽、痰鸣、气促、肺部湿音的消失时间及住院时间进行比较。结果:使用沐舒坦雾化吸入的治疗组在治疗痰鸣、肺部湿音消失时间及住院时间比对照组短(p.05)。结论:沐舒坦雾化吸入可提高婴幼儿肺炎治疗效果,尤其祛痰和减少肺部湿性音的效果较好。

After analysing the flight, cooling and undercooled solidification of multistage atomized droplets, this paper adopts Newtonial cooling, highly undercooled heterogeneous nucleation and steadystate continuous growth model to calculate and simulate numerically the thermal history of droplets and effect of main atomization process parameters during multistage atomization. The results indicated that large undercooling occur mainly during later stage of multistage atomization while recalescence and rapid quenching occur mainly during forced cooling stage.
在分析多级雾化过程雾化微滴的飞行冷却和过冷凝固特点及规律的基础上,本文采用了牛顿冷却、大过冷非均匀形核及稳态连续生长模型,对纯铝多级雾化过程中微滴热历史以及主要雾化工艺参数对其的影响作用进行了数值分析和计算,结果表明:大过冷主要是在多级雾化后期形成的,再辉和急冷则主要发生在强制冷却阶段。

In order to research the spray of LPG/diesel mixed fuel, it is the first time that this work studied the atomization characteristics of LPG/diesel, including spray angle, droplet size distribution, mean diameter, typical diameter, diffusion degree and impenetrate distance by using a high spatial resolution digital camera. At the same time, comparison of these characteristics of diesel and two kinds of LPG/diesel mixed fuel was taken.

The results indicate that the cooling rate of melt droplet that can not break further depends not only on its diameter, but also on its position in atomizing chamber. As a result, the same sized particles in different positions show different cooling rates and two different kinds of microstructures. The cooling rates of melt droplets range from 104 to 108 K/s, and the critical cooling rate for glass formation of Al-Ni-Y is about 105 K/s. Moreover, the corresponding maximum diameter of amorphous particles is 25 μm, which accords well to the theoretical analysis results. The new approach, reflecting the complexity of close-coupled gas atomization objectively, is available and effective to evaluate the cooling behaviors of close-coupled gas atomization.
