Methods:The data of 52 cycles of IVFET, which were accomplished in the Reproductive Medicine Center of First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University during February 1999 and April 2001, from 45 patients with history of unilateral salpingectomy clue to ectopic pregnancy, were analyzed retrospectively.
本研究分析因输卵管妊娠行单侧输卵管切除后不孕在我院生殖中心接受体外受精一胚胎移植(in vitro fertili:ation and embryotransfer,IVF一ET)治疗的资料,比较输卵管切除侧卵巢与对侧卵巢对超排卵的反应性,为输卵管妊娠及输卵管积水的处理提供临床资料。

The patients were divided into four groups. Group A included 48 women with previous unilateral salpingectomy. Group B included 41 patients with previous bilateral salpingectomy. Group C included 50 patients with obstruction of fallopian tube while group D included 40 patients with hydrosalpinx (without surgical procedure before). The ovarian responses to superovulation and the outcomes of IVF-ET were evaluated.
选择2006年2月至2007年6月在本中心行常规IVF-ET治疗的179例不孕患者为研究对象,共分为A、B、C、D四组,A组为48例单侧输卵管切除患者,B组为41例双侧输卵管切除患者,对照C组为50例双侧输卵管阻塞患者,对照D组为40例单侧或双侧输卵管积水患者,比较4组患者在IVF-ET周期中卵巢对控制性超排卵的反应及其结局的差异。

Hydrosalpinx is detrimental to the outcome of IVF-ET and may cause the increase of abortion,appropriate procedure should be adopted to deal with the problem before the IVF-ET and may improve the outcome of IVF-ET and may decrease the abortion rate.Compared with the salpingectomy,the proximal tubal ligation with distal tubal salingostomy may be a better option in this situation and it may cause less interference to the ovarian function.
