For firms' adoption behavior, this thesis firstly explains why firms' adoption is in order from the static state by analyzing the regular pattern of firms' adoption behavior; builds control model of firms' adoption decision behavior, and describes the relationship between the stable values of response probability of firms' adoption decision; secondly raises the conception of firms' states from the dynamic state and defines two state variables to explain why and how a firm changes from nonadoption to adoption through the dynamic analysis of the factors influencing the two state variables.
