First, the error transfer characteristic among subsystems at different space locations is analyzed, and the direct transfer characteristic from discrete standard measure space to the workpiece measure space under measured in measure system is proven. Second, the error reconstruction condition and method of mapping from discrete standard measurement system to continuous standard measurespace are analyzed.

In this study, a stress induction expression promoter of monocotyledon (P-WCS120) was amplified from wheat genome. The result of sequencing displayed a base substitution mutant of 1 bp and an insertion mutant of 21 bps. This sequence was registered at GENEBANK as a new found sequence, because 3% of the sequence was found to be non-homologous with the original sequence.

Results (1) The forward and reverse subtracted cDNA libraries of different metastastic potential large cell lung cancer cell lines were successfully constructed;(2) With blue-white colony and dot blot, 307 positive clones in the forward subtracted library and 78 positive clones in the reverse subtracted library were obtained;(3) 55 clones were successfully sequenced in the forward subtracted library. Homolog analysis confirmed 23 differential expression segments, which were similar to the human genes already known, including NME2, NPM1, MT 2A, HSPE1, TAFIA, EPRS, PX19 and EIF3S9 et al;(4) 31 clones were successfully sequenced in the reverse subtracted library. Homolog analysis confirmed 16 differentially expressed segments. 15 of them were similar to the human genes already known, including ANXA2, TUBB, PKN2, GNAS, EEF1A1, SSR2 and RPLPO et al. Only one segment had partial homology to known human genes. This segment was supposed to be the new EST segments which might not have been cloned.

In this study, EPMA and LA-ICP-MS were used to determine the major and trace element concentrations, respectively, of apatites from Transhimalayan granitoids. The results indicate that F, Mn, Sr and REEs in apatites generally show good correlations with compositions of their host magmas and thus have high potential to be utilized as petrogenetic tracers. More specifically, F and Mn contents in apatites are covariant with the aluminosity of the host rocks so that can be used as an indicator for magma differentiation. Combining with Sr and REE data, which show significant variations in apatites from different rock types, these elements may be furthermore used to construct "discrimination diagrams" for more detailed investigations of complex petrogenetic processes such as magma mixing and compositional heterogeneity.
