A study of Chemically Induced Dynamic Poiarization spectra is made, using a highly time resolved ESR, of photolized anthracenequinone radicals to determine the influence of surfactant micelles on the spin polarization of anthracenequinone anion. It is found that the CIDEP mechanism of photolization is mainly the radical pair mechanism of anthracenesemiquinone radical and of ethylene glycol ketyl R〓〓 or R〓 radical whose center is carbon in anthracenequinone/ethylene glycol system, but there is a certain amount of triplet state mechanism polarization.

Furthermore, ABAS degradation was regressed under the exisitence of the above dyes. 1-Aminoanthraquinone-2sulfonic sodium, 1, 4-dihydroxylanthraquinone-2-sulfonic sodium, 1, 4, 5, 8tetrahydroxylanthraquinone, anthraquinone, aniline, phenol, catechol and ophthalic acid could be degraded by Zoogloea HP3. Aniline was the most degradable substrate among ABAS, aniline, phenol, catechol and o-phthalic acid. However, benzenesulfonic sodium and p-amino benzenesulfonic sodium were not degraded by it.

The results shoed that after spraying 1 and 5 mgL^(-1) of anthraquinones, the photosynthetic rate raised by 38.03% and 39.73%, chlorophyll content increased by 3.53% and 3.83%, and MDA content decreased by 11% and 23%, respectively. The anthraquinones could absorb solar UV radiation, and convert the harmful UV into blue or yellow light which can promote plant photosynthesis. It as suggested that foliar-spraying appropriate concentrations of aloe's anthraquinones could promote wheat photosynthetic activity, alleviate UV harm, and thus, increase wheat yield.
