In April 2004, 30 Boleophthalmus pectinirostris samples were collected from the lagune in Xiepu Villege, Zhenhai Town, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Polyarylamide gel electrophoresis was used to detect the expression of isozymes in liver tissue.
