From the angle of engineering application, this article analysed the corrosion characteristics and damage causes of the current structural used concrete in the region of Hangzhou gulf, on the basis of on-site survey of all the Marine concrete projects in that area. Taking HPC used in Marine as research objective, this article put great emphasis on the influence of the composition cementing material system to concrete performance, and make a preliminary probe into the action mechanism of the composite effects of various mineral materials in improving the performance of concrete by laser measuring size machine and EMPA. Through experiments, the article discussed how chloride ingression in concrete will be effected by such factors as exposure time, chloride binding, environment temperature, stress and cracks conditions; and also analysed the symptoms of these factors in the model of concrete service life prediction by conference to all related research reports both home and aboard. On the foundation of abovementioned research, this paper brought up an engineering model of service life prediction of marine concrete, which is based on chloride-induced corrosion.
本文从工程应用的角度,在对杭州湾地区既有海工混凝土工程作实地调研的基础上,研究分析杭州湾地区既有海工混凝土结构的腐蚀特点和破坏原因;以海工高性能混凝土为研究对象,着重研究复合胶凝材料体系对混凝土性能的影响,并应用激光粒度仪、EMPA等分析手段,就复合胶凝材料的作用机理进行初步探讨;试验研究混凝土暴露时间、胶凝材料对氯离子的吸附、环境温度、应力和裂缝状态等因素对混凝土中氯离子迁移运动的影响,并结合国内外相关研究报导,探讨这些因素在混凝土使用寿命预测模型中的表征;在上述研究基础上,提出以氯离子侵蚀为基础的海工混凝土使用寿命预测的工程应用模型。

Based on the short gel-time features of ordinary cement sodium-silicate and alkali-activated salic cementitious materials, an ideal structure model of high performance sodium-silicate suspension two-shot grouting material was established. An experiment was undertaken to verify the solidification value of Na~+ and water-erosion resistance of a grouting material combined with cement and metakaolin-sodium silicate. This paper put forward a compact structure with a dominant ingredient of-Si-Al-H zeolite gel formed on later age and a minor part of C-S-H formed on early age, which composed of sodium-silicate, substances that could release Ca~(2+) spontaneously and stably or by the aid of sodium-silicate, and active salic substances.
结合普通水泥-水玻璃快速胶凝和碱激发硅铝质胶凝材料的特点,本文建立了高性能水玻璃悬浊型双液灌浆材料的理想结构模型,并通过水泥复合偏高岭土-水玻璃灌浆材料的Na~+固化性能和抗水溶蚀性能进行了试验验证,提出其组成结构应是以-Si-Al-H类沸石凝胶物质为主、C-S-H为辅的复合共存密实结构,其组成要素为水玻璃、能自发稳定地或在水玻璃作用下迅速释放出Ca~(2+)的物质、活性硅铝质材料。

摘要] 针对隧道注浆工程用普通水泥水玻璃双液注浆材料存在凝胶时间不稳定、产物稳定性和抗地下水侵蚀性能差等主要问题,结合普通水泥水玻璃快速胶凝和碱激发硅铝质胶凝材料的特点,建立了高性能水玻璃悬浊型双液注浆材料的理想结构模型,并通过水泥复合偏高岭土水玻璃注浆材料的Na+固化性能和抗水溶蚀性能进行了试验验证,结合IR和SEM微观测试分析手段提出其组成结构应是以—Si—Al—H类沸石凝胶物质为主、C—S—H为辅的复合共存密实结构。

objective to investigate staining methods for two-dimensional gel(2-de)electrophoresis in multidrug resistance of gastric cancer.methods cultured vincristine-resistant human gastric cancer cell line sgc7901/vcr and its parental cell line sgc7901.variant amount protein of those cells were separated by 2-de.gels were stained with silver nitrate or colloidal coomassie brilliant blue,and scanned by image scanner.results well-resolved,reproducible 2-de patterns of sgc7901/vcr and sgc7901 were established.silver staining was better when protein sample amount was low,overloaded protein will interfere resolution of the maps.gels stained with colloidal coomassie brilliant blue had more protein spots numbers and abundance without apparent trails when increased loading protein sample.conclusion two staining methods were influenced largely by the sum of protein samples,properly selection may be helpful for further study with proteomics in multidrug resistance of gastric cancer.
低甲氧基果胶的胶凝机理及防止预凝胶。。。他扎罗汀凝胶与克林霉素凝胶治疗痤疮。。。注射隆乳后经乳晕切口取出聚丙烯酰胺。。。目的分析利用蛋白质组学方法研究胃癌耐药相关蛋白质中双向电泳凝胶的染色显示。方法培养胃癌细胞sgc7901和长春新碱诱导的耐药胃癌细胞sgc7901/vcr,用双向凝胶电泳技术分离总蛋白,银染及胶体考马斯亮蓝染色,image scanner扫描仪扫描凝胶。结果获得了背景清晰、重复性好的双向凝胶电泳图谱,两种染色凝胶相比,硝酸银染色在样品少时显示更佳,过量则影响图像质量,而胶体考马斯亮蓝染色在上样量增加时的凝胶蛋白质点数目及丰度均增加,并无明显拖尾。结论两种显色方法受样品量影响较大,恰当选用有利于通过蛋白质组学研究胃癌耐药机制工作的进一步开展。
