The results indicated that with the increasing of storage time, the leaves etiolated, contents of crude-fiber increased, while vitamin C, chlorogenic acid decreased, nitrate contents up to the maximum at the 3th day after storage , then decreased gradually. Stored at 2℃, the contents of chlorophyll, vitamin C, chlorogenic acid were higher, nitrate and crude-fiber contents were lower. The lower of membrane permeability and MDA content, the higher activity of SOD significantly delayed senescence process and prolonged storage life of Taraxacum mongolicum.
结果表明:采后蒲公英随着贮藏天数的增加,叶片逐渐黄化,粗纤维的含量升高,维生素C和绿原酸含量下降,硝酸盐含量先升高后降低;2℃下贮藏能够使采后蒲公英具有较高的叶绿素、维生素C、绿原酸,较低的硝酸盐和粗纤维含量,较低的细胞膜渗透率、MDA含量和较高的SOD活性,显著地延缓其衰老进程,延长贮藏寿命。

Spraying with chitosan of different concentration significantly increased the content of chlorophyll ,anthoxanthin ,chlorogentic acid, polyphenal ,soluble protein and total soluble sugar of Broccoli flowers. 40 mg L-l chitosan showed the most remarkable effet,compared to control, the content of chlorophyll ,anthoxanthin ,chlorogentic acid, total soluble sugar and soluble protein of treated Broccoli flowers increased by 64.4%,282.5%,35.6%,16.2% 22.7% respectively.PAL and PPO are key enzymes in synthesize of phenolics.No relation was found between phenolics synthesize and PAL activity in Broccoli flowers,but it showed positive relation between phenolics synthesize and PPO activity.

By comparison of eight micro adsorption, A resin with high adsorption rate and eluent rate was used to adsorb chlorogenic acid from extraction solution. The adsorption parameters are: the content of chlorogenic acid is 0.204 mg per mL adsorption solution, the acidity of adsorption solution is 4, the adsorption velocity of flow is 3 mL per min, the eluent is 30% ethanol, the eluting speed is 1.5 mL per min and the eluents volume is 4 times of resin volume. In the optimal adsorption condition, the final yield of CHA is 5.06%. the content of chlorogenic acid is 78.26% in dry productin.

In this research, liposoluble chlorogenic laurate was synthesized by the acylation with lauroy chloride in the existence of alkali catalyst in non-water phase, and yellowish CGL powders with a yield of 81.24% were obtained under the optimal synthesis conditions determined via single-factor tests and orthogonal experiments, that is, carrying out the acylation at 35℃ for 8h with a n:n: n ratio of 1:1:1.5 and with dimethylformamide as the solvating agent and the thinner.
