The differentiation coefficient is 0.07 between three inbreed families respectively. The highest level of genetic homozygosity is in families Ⅱ at 18, but genetic variation is a little difference between inbreeding pig and mice. However, this study revealed the pattern of genetic variation at microsatellite loci in the 3 inbred families of WZSP with one of the most important findings to be the high level of unexpected heterozygosity at some loci, e.g. Sw874 and Sw936 that could be part of the unique genetics of three families. A hypothesis is that certain functional genes linked with such microsatellite loci may be involved in the maintenance of viability of these inbred families of WZSP remains for further investigation.

We try to find out more methods to releasing pressure and its probabilities to provide design circles or the related toy manufacturers with guidelines and opinions.The study result showed that Healing toys can be separated into five types, the type that is a personification in vision for appreciation purpose, the type that is controlled by the human voice and can interact with people, the type that can make an action by theuser's touch control for entertainment purpose, the type that is sensitive to the light and reacts with regular actions, and the type that contains IC chips and has some kinds of artificial intelligence. Through three rounds of Delphi method, we knew that the word "Healing" was named because the healing toys can soothe, relieve and transfer the strong pressure inside somebody's mind. The characteristics of those toys are having cute appearance, harmlessness, tenderness, lovableness, two-way interaction, addition function that can give surprise, and relationship related with emotions of oneself.The concrete feelings given by the healing toys are happiness, relaxation, reducing pressure, transferring attention, deferring bad moods, and having the power to change emotions. Besides, the healing toys are considered suitable to be assisting materials to heal somebody's mind by playing games because it has characteristics of helping to transfer or relieve negative emotions and helping to transfer attention. The questionnaire results from Mature age generation indicated that the most favorable, healable and desirable toy is the type that contains IC chips and has some kinds of artificial intelligence; and the type that is a personification in vision for appreciation purpose is in contrast. Considering the related perspectives toward the healing toys, people of Mature age generation mostly agree the expert, Delphi for his viewpoints.
研究结果显示疗伤系玩具可分为「视觉拟人化观赏型」、「声控感音式互动型」、「触控式动作娱乐型」、「感光规律模式互动型」与「智慧电子IC科技型」五大类型;经由三回合制Delphi法可得知疗伤系玩具被称之为「疗伤系」是因其具「抚慰安定」、「放松功能」与「可转移内心压力达到治疗」等原因,其特性则是具「可爱造形」、「无伤害感」、「柔和」、「使人喜爱」、「双向互动性」、「惊喜附加功能」及「与自己情感有相关性」此7项,而疗伤系玩具赋予的具体感觉层面有「愉悦感」、「放松感」、「抒压感」、「转移注意力」、「暂缓坏情绪」和「具转移情绪的力量」,另外,疗伤系玩具是被认同适合作心理或游戏治疗辅具的,因其具「可帮助转移或抒解负面情绪」、「放松感」及「可帮助转移注意力」等特质;而熟龄问卷的调查结果则指出,对熟龄族最具有好感、疗伤感及购买欲的疗伤系玩具是「智慧电子IC科技型」,反之则是「视觉拟人化观赏型」,经由因素分析后也得知,疗伤系玩具所具有的意象感为「移转情感性」、「感官舒适性」、「抚慰心灵性」与「互动体验性」此四大特性层面;另外,熟龄族大都皆「同意」Delphi法专家对疗伤系玩具所探讨出的相关论点与看法。

In this paper, male sterile line of alfalfa was used to be improved with crossing, because the seed production of crossing is low. The affecting factors of seed production of male sterile line of alfalfa and its crossing progenies that are crossed with male sterile lines of alfalfa and good alfalfa that male is fertile were analyzed. The characteristics of female reproductive organs of male sterile line and its crossing progenies are analyzed in cell morphology. The genetic difference of male sterile line and its crossing progenies are analyzed in enzyme protein. The results showed: 1、Rate of podding of nature crossing and fecundity of artificial crossing of the male sterile plant BC1-2 that is the crossing progency of male sterile line of alfalfa and Medicago varia Martin.cv.'Caoyuan No.1'is higher than male sterile lines. Rate of podding of nature crossing and fecundity of artificial crossing of the male sterile plants BC1-19、BC1-21、BC1-22、BC1-23 that are the crossing progencies of male sterile line of alfalfa and Medicago sativa L.cv.
针对苜蓿雄性不育系杂交制种产量低的问题,采用杂交法对苜蓿雄性不育系进行改良,以原苜蓿雄性不育系为轮回亲本与雄性可育优良苜蓿品种杂交,分析苜蓿雄性不育系及其杂交后代种子产量的影响因素,从细胞形态学方面观察和分析杂交后代及原不育系在雌性生殖器官上的变异特点,从酶蛋白水平对杂交后代及原不育系的遗传差异进行分析,初步研究结果如下: 1、苜蓿雄性不育系与草原一号苜蓿的杂交后代不育株BC1-2,以及苜蓿雄性不育系与X′(苜蓿雄性不育系与新疆大叶苜蓿的杂种F1代)的杂交后代不育株BC1-19、BC1-21、BC1-22、BC1-23的天然杂交结荚率和人工杂交制种的结荚率和百粒重均高于原苜蓿雄性不育系。

The present invention relates to an ultraviolet detector and manufacture method thereof, in which a buffer layer is formed on a baseplate and a P-type GaN layer is formed on the baseplate by using epitaxial method. By availing ion-distribution-and-vegetation technology, a first N-type GaN layer is vegetated and invested in the P-type GaN layer by distributing and vegetating Si.sup.+ ions in that layer, and a second N-type GaN layer having a thicker ion concentration is invested in the N-type GaN layer.

Applied with test of potted plant and measurement absorbency for study response of the contents of photosynthetic pigments of slash pine's half-sib under water stress. There are 7 families comparison with general slash pine. The contents of photosynthetic pigments are mensurated under feebleness water stress while soil water content is 55% to 60% and moderate water stress while soil water content is 35% to 40% and heavy water stress while soil water content is 20% to 25%. The test result indicate that either water grads or families of chlorophyll and chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b and Chla/Chlb and carotenoid and Caro/Chl are mighty notable difference. The Chl and Chla and Chlb and Chla/Chlb little drop from normal soil water to initial water stress. Then drop obvious with increased water stress. The Caro and Caro/Chl little drop firstly from normal soil water to initial water stress,then up in metaphase water stress,after drop in evening water stress. The Chl and Chla and Chlb and Chla/Chlb and Caro of slash pine'half-sib are over general slash pine. The Chl and Chla and Chlb and Chla/Chlb and Caro of 464 and 1027 are over average value of slash pine's half-sib under water stress. The Caro/Chl of 609 and 46 are over average value of slash pine's half-sib under water stress.
为研究湿地松半同胞家系光合色素对水分逆境的响应,采用盆栽试验和吸光度测定方法,以湿地松普通种子为对照,测定了七个湿地松优良半同胞家系在弱度水分胁迫(土壤相对含水量为55%~60%)、中度水分胁迫(土壤相对含水量为35%~40%)和强度水分胁迫(土壤相对含水量为20%~25%)条件下的光合色素,对湿地松优良半同胞家系在不同水分胁迫条件下的光合色素进行了研究,结果表明:无论是不同水分梯度还是不同家系水平,Chl、Chla、Chlb、Chla/Chlb、Caro、Caro/Chl均有极显著差异;从正常水分至水分胁迫初期Chl、Chla、Chlb、Chla/Chlb稍微下降,后随着水分胁迫程度的加深下降较快,从正常水分至水分胁迫初期Caro、Caro/Chl先稍微下降,胁迫中期上升,胁迫后期下降;所有半同胞家系的Chl、Chla、Chlb、Chla/Chlb、Caro高于普通种,在水分胁迫条件下家系464、1027的Chl、Chla、Chlb、Chla/Chlb、Caro高于家系的平均水平,家系609、46的Caro/Chl值高于家系的平均水平。
