Based on the Laser Doppler technology, Information technology, Image Recognition and Process tenology, the laser image characteritics of ultra-fine and non-spherical particles are studied. The laser image recognition method based on neural network theory are obtained. The associated hardware and computer software for analysis of the shape characteristics are developed. The shape characteristics of typical particles such as fire smoke particle and carborundum are studied by using such method. The results of this project are useful to develop the new reliable, accurate and rapid experimental diagnoses technology.
本项目综合应用激光多普勒技术、信息技术和计算机图像识别处理技术,研究了非球形超细微粒的激光影像形成规律,建立了基于神经网络理论的粒子形状特性测量方法并发展了相应的硬件系统及其计算分析软件,并利用该系统研究了火灾烟雾颗粒、金刚砂等典型非球形超细微粒的形状特性,已初步形成了可靠、准确、快捷的新型实验诊断方法,为进一步发展实用的非接触诊断技术提供条件。

A Multi-Species Cooperative PSO algorithm is developed using the ideas of species dividing in the bionomical world. The algorithm is shown to have guaranteed convergence to the global optimum. Furthermore, the training strategies of RBF network structures and weights based on the MCPSO aigorithm is proposed. Simulation results show that the algorithm is effective in such fields as chaotic time-sequence forecasting, system identification, speech signal processing and etc.
