With the help of dynamic mechanical thermal analysis, differential thermal analysis, analysis of curing behaviors and swelling test, the change of structure during the vulcanization of ebonite was analyzed. It is found that the chemical cross-linking in the ebonite trended to descend with degree of vulcanization, while the modification effects of polar groupings on the carbon backbone gradually increased, which dominated its physical and mechanical properties.
通过考察硫化时间对于硬质橡胶结构与性能的影响,结合DMTA、DSC、硫化特性分析、溶胀分析等方法,分析了硬质橡胶的硫化过程中结构的变化,认为在硫化过程中,随着硫化的进行,硬质橡胶中的化学交联作用有下降趋势,极性基团对于碳骨架的改性作用逐渐增加,并对硬质橡胶的物理机械性能起主要决定作用。

The effect of the SDT/S on the properties of NR compound was investigated The results showed that SDT/S plays the advanced role in NR compound,in order to keep the vulcanizate properties level as before may decrease some accerlator;the physical properties of overcured vulcanizate,the adhesion strength of optimum cure or overcured valcanizate between rubber and cord were improved by adding 2 phr of SDT/S to NR compound.

Effect of sulfurization time, water content, oil as well as sulfur on spontaneous combustion of iron sulfide is investigated on the same sulfide formed from Fe2O3. It indicates that long sulfurization time, some oil, sulfur as well as good ventilation condition could accelerate oxidation and temperatures rise, but uncertain water content and poor ventilation condition lessen the spontaneous combustion tendency.
以Fe2O3的硫化产物为典型样品,研究了硫化时间、水分、油品、硫及通风条件对硫化铁氧化升温特征的影响,结果表明,硫化时间长,适量的油品和硫以及良好的通风条件能够加速硫化铁升温过程,而一定的水分及不良的通风条件则降低了硫化铁的自燃倾向性。

The grafting effect and mechanism was charac- terized by FTIR,The heat stability of unvulcanized and dynamical mechanical proper- ty of vulc- lcanizates of SBR and SBR-g- were tested by TG and DMA respectively. medium-resistance properties of SBR and SBR-g- vulcan- izates were also investigated.The results showed that addition of St accelerated GMA grafting onto SBR and control the decomposition of SBR. When the conditions were GMA/St/DCP was 8/4/0.3 and grafting temperature was 160℃.
结果表明,St对提高接枝率、抑制SBR的降解起到了积极的作用;SBR中聚丁二烯的α-H和双键共同参与了GMA/St熔融接枝反应;当SBR/GMA/St/DCP=100/8/4/0.3、接枝温度为160℃时,SBR的接枝率较高(23.78%),SBR–g–硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度比SBR硫化胶的分别提高了119%和27.4%;SBR–(GMA--co-St)未硫化胶的Tg比SBR未硫化胶的高,而耐热分解性能优于SBR未硫化胶;SBR–g–硫化胶在低温条件下的刚性增大、弹性降低、具有较低的内耗,在常温下的阻尼性能较高,但弹性性能保持较好;SBR–g–硫化胶的耐热稳定性以及耐非极性有机溶剂的性能优于SBR硫化胶。
