After sodium bisulfite reacted with methanal at 60-65℃ for 0.5h, aniline was dripped into the system to synthesize phenylaminomethyl-sodium sulfonate subsequently, the diazol solution of p-nitroaniline was dripped into phenylaminomethyl-sodium sulfonate synthesized to form 4'-nitro-4-aminoazobenzene. The compound was then added into diazol solution of p-chloroaniline to obtain the object product, which was identified by IR spectrum and element analysis.

Amino-6-nitrobenzodifuroxan was prepared through a three-step reaction from starting material 3, 5-dinitrobenzoic acid:(1)3, 5-dinitroaniline (1) was synthesized from the reaction of DNBA and hydrazoic acid in inert solvent 1, 2-dichioroethane through Schmidt rearrangement with yield of 89.6%;(2) 1 was subjected to nitration to prepare pentanitroaniline (2) with yield of 51.1%;(3) The title compound was prepared from 2 and sodium azide in acetic acid through denitrogenation and then Schmidt rearrangement with yield of 86.8%, m.p.204℃~206℃.

Methods: 2ethyl aniline was used as starting material of the synthesis and was processed by acetic anhydride acylation, strong nitric acid nitraction at low temperature, and desacyl synthesis to produce 2ethyl5nitro aniline. The product was then synthesized to 3methyl6nitro1Hindazole by using ringclosing reaction in the presence of NaNO2, and then ethylated to obtain 2,3diethyl6 nitro2Hindazole. The latter compound was then reduced by SnCl2/Hcl to get target compound 2,3diethyl6nitro2Hindazole.
