Chemometric method were used to analyze UV spectrum of TCAS-heavy metal complex, pure UV spectrum of TCAS-heavy metal complex and TCAS-heavy metal complex distribution curves toward concentration of heavy metals in solution were gained. Finally, complex constants of TCAS towards Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb were got to be 9.79、8.72、6.87 and 5.00, respectively.

UV-Vis and continuous variation plot method were used to study the complexation of γ-cyclodextrin with bromocresol green, and the stoichiometric ratio of the complexation was to be 1∶2. Thermodynamic analysis results show an inverse relationship between temperature and complexation constant, and the change of enthalpy, entropy and free energy of the complexation were -39.988 kJ/mol, 86.400 J/ and -14.245 kJ/mol, respectively, which indicating that hydrophobic effect was the main force to form the complexes.γ-Cyclodextrin and bromocresol green complexes were examined by nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared spectrum and molecular modeling analysis, and was may be the group included in γ-cyclodextrin.

The results shown that both [Cu_2]~2+ and NR molecular can intercalates into the DNA double helix layer, and there is a competition between these two interactions. Furthermore, chemometrics approach, parallel factor analysis, was used to resolve the measured three-way CW-SFS data, which provided simultaneously the concentration information for the three reaction components, NR, [Cu_2]~2+ and NR-DNA, for the system at each equilibrium point. This PARAFAC analysis indicated that the intercalation of the [Cu_2]~2+ molecule into the DNA proceeds by exchanging with the NR probe, and can be attributed to two parallel reactions.
本工作以同步荧光技术采集了竞争作用的三维数据,并结合了化学计量学中的平行因子法对此三维数据进行分解,得到了各组分的荧光光谱图及各个反应平衡点各组分的相对浓度,平衡浓度的变化趋势也表明了铜络合物与中性红之间的竞争作用,进一步表明了铜络物与DNA的作用方式和中性红与DNA作用方式一样均为嵌插作用。
