Through all this test analyse Pathogenicity and Immunological status of ALV-J Inner Mongolia strain, the result showed the infected chickens began to have pathological change of Myelcytomatosis at 3-week: the main pathological changes of acidophile myelocyte were found in bone marrow and between cardiac muscle fibers,and there were many granules in the hyalotome.This kind of oncocyte proliferated in every tissue at different amount, but the cells that proliferated in bone marrow, cardiac muscle fiber, oarium were much more than other tissue, and they often developed neoplasma. At same condition,there were no abnormalty advent in control group, In immunological aspect: the increase of lymphokine and ANAE positive cells showed cell-mediated immunity was strengthend during antineoplastic infection; the emergence of ALV-J antibody of ELISA suggest there was humoral immunity exist at the same time.
结果显示:脾脏PCR检测结果表明1、2两实验组均有阳性病例出现,而对照组全部为阴性,说明实验鸡体内已有ALV-J内蒙株感染;接种病毒后3周龄开始出现骨髓细胞瘤病的病理变化:肝脏、脾脏有程度不同的肿大,镜下观察,骨髓内最早出现了与骨髓细胞相似、形态基本一致的大型圆形或椭圆形、胞核较大多为椭圆形、胞浆内含有大量嗜酸性圆形颗粒的髓细胞样瘤细胞增生,随后通过血流瘤细胞可转移到肝脏、心肌、卵巢或睾丸等组织并形成肿瘤性病灶,而对照组没有出现明显病变;免疫状态方面:以脾脏淋巴因子和ANAE阳性细胞增多说明细胞免疫在抗肿瘤感染过程中增强,ELISA检验实验鸡抗体出现阳性的结果表明同时也存在着体液免疫。

Histological structures of bursas of Fabricius were observed at the different developmental stages from chicken embryoes to chickens. The results were as follows. The bursa of Fabricius began to develop on the 13th day of post-hatching and its cell aggregated into the nodosity clique underneath the epithelium mucosae. On the 15th day of post-hatching, those cell cliques were surrounded by the flat epithelium and formed the basic structure of folliculus lymphaticus. The number of lymphocytes in the folliculus lymphaticus increased gradually, and the medulla and cortex of a majority of folliculus were not discriminated obviously. Until on the 7th day for chickens, the medulla and cortex of folliculus formed completely and the number of folliculus increased significantly. From 21 to 35 days old, the folliculus lymphaticus transformed from polygon into rectangle. Mucosa epithelial cells increased gradually and their cytoblasts arranged compactly into aline in the basilar part on the 35th day.

Periarterial lymphoid sheath and ellipsoid periarterial lymphoid sheath also can be obviously discerned in spleen of 4 days chicken. T, B lymphocytes in appendix basement of embryo emerge after 20 days. It is the initial shape of cecal tonsil. Crypt structure of conjunction of esophago and stomachus glandularis form obviously at 4 days. It is the initial shape of esophago tonsil. The germinal center firstly emerges in these three organs at 14 days. With the increase of day age, the characteristic structure peripheral immune organs gradually develop mature. Spleen achieve mature at 21 days and cecal tonsil at 35 days.2. IgM~+ and IgA~+ cells in spleen of embryo emerge at 15 days. IgG~+ cell, CD3~+ and CD8~+T lymphocytes of embryo emerge at 20 days. CD3~+, CD8~+ and IgM~+ cells in cecal tonsil of embryo emerge at 20 days. However CD4~+, IgG~+ and IgA~+ cells all emerge in 1 day age chicken out of crust. CD3~+, CD4~+, CD8~+, IgM~+ and IgG~+ cells in esophago tonsil of embryo all emerge at 20 days. However IgA~+ cells emerge in 1 day age chicken out of crust.3. The amount of T, B lymphocytes in peripheral immune organs increase follow with the increase of day age, and hold an upgrade tendency. The amount of T, B lymphocytes in spleen achieved stabilization at 21 days, and in tonsil of esophago and appendix at 35 days.

However, enforced expression of LMO2 in K562 cells decreased cellular clonogenecity, suggesting the activation of the gene may not be important in the pathogenesis of myeloid leukemia.
