During the calculation the results got by quintic spline kernel was the best so it was chosen as the proper kernel for the SPH simulation. By comparison of the simulation results got by SPH and finite volume method, it was proved that the buffer cells method proposed in the SPH simulation to implement the Dirichlet boundary conditions was accurate, and this is of great importance for the simulation of flows pass a pipe. At last, the SPH method was improved to simulate the liquid-solid two phase flows and the results show that this method was appropriate for the simulation of flows containing viscous fluid and macroscopic solid components. Now the two methods are both able to predict the continuum flows and rarefied flows severally, but the hybrid program still has some aspects to be improved.
首先用标准算例验证了SPH方法的理论模型和计算程序的准确性;通过比较确定选用五次样条核作为计算低雷诺数下的粘性连续流动时的核函数;采用SPH方法和有限体积法分别对同一管道流动进行了对比计算,证明了本文提出的边界缓冲区方法在实现SPH方法中的流体边界条件时的有效性,解决了SPH方法模拟管道流动时的一个关键问题;巧妙地使用SPH方法对化工分离流动中常见的固液两相流及固液耦合作用进行了模拟尝试,获得了较好的结果;在跨尺度计算方面,目前两个子程序已经能够分别模拟连续的和稀薄的二维管流问题,二者的耦合计算程序还处于调试和优化阶段,各个参数对于计算精度和计算速度的影响规律仍在探索中。

On the base of sufficiency research on the oil-gas hydrocarbon systemic chemistry composing and the physical chemistry characters, we traverse the mechanism of the paraffin's deposition. Then we consider that paraffin deposition is a complex process ofphysical chemistry, which includes more than one single mechanism.2. Traversing and comparing the literature in detail on different factors that has effect on paraffin deposition, the available experimental methods on paraffin deposition, prevention of paraffin deposition, and removing of the deposited paraffin on the spot.3. Ameliorated the laser equipment of solid particle inspecting system and the corresponding test methods. Determine WCT of dead oil and live oil from KS101 well under different pressure with this system. The result implies that dead oil has opposite regulation on paraffin deposition temperature to live oil.4. A vapor-liquid-solid envelop is drawn by superposition regular vapor-liquid envelop and WCT curve thereby explained that the departure and quick raising of the curve in the low temperature zone is caused by the appearance of paraffin in solid phase.5. Estimation is made to determine the depth of paraffin deposition in the well.
通过系统的研究和实验模拟,本文取得了以下研究成果:(1)在充分调研油气烃类体系的化学组成及其物理化学特征的基础上,详细研究了石蜡沉降的机理,认为石蜡沉积是一个复杂的物理化学过程,是多种机理共同作用的结果;(2)深入调研并综合阐述了影响石蜡固相沉积的各种主要因素,对目前国内外常用的有机固相沉积实验研究方法和现场清防蜡措施也做出详尽的描述,并加以对比评价;(3)改进了油气藏开发重点实验室自行研制组装的高温高压下测定固相沉积的激光装置和测试方法,并用该套设备测定出柯深101井的井口脱气油样和凝析气平衡油样不同压力下的析蜡点,实验结果表明,脱气油和平衡油析蜡规律相反;(4)将常规气-液两相相图和析蜡曲线叠加得到了气—液—固三相相图,从而解释了气-液两相等液量线在低温区域偏离正常并快速上翘是由于体系有石蜡固相出现;(5)利用实验测试的析蜡温度预测析蜡位置,表明只有在距井口465m油管以上会有蜡析出。

A 3rd-Runge-Kutta-5th-WENO scheme is used in this study to get solution of the Level Set advection equation. A Projection method is used to solve the N-S equation, and different discretization schemes are presented. A TDMA algorithm is used to solve the energy equation. With the use of these methods, a numerical simulation of vapor-liquid two-phase flows during condensation with large density ratio has been successfully realized.

A series of erosion-corrosion test has been done to J55 steel under the influence of current of gas-liquid phase by indoor self-made devices, and the corrosion mechanism of current of gas-liquid phase to oil pipe's inner surface has been got. The results show that oil pipe's inner surface will be corroded fleetly by liquid medium and corrosion products will form on it. But at the same time, the corrosion products or protective layer will be removed from the inner surface of steel pipes under the alternate impact of high speed gas and liquid flow, and on this bare steel surface corrosion film will form again and be removed again. Thus, by these ways the corrosion is exacerbated. Surface erosion-corrosion failure comes into being with the circulation of this process going on.
本文主要在气液两相流作用条件下,通过室内自制装置,对管材钢J55做了系列冲刷-腐蚀试验,结果表明,气液两相流对钢管内表面冲刷-腐蚀的机理是钢管内表面会受到液体介质的快速腐蚀,生成腐蚀产物,同时钢管金属表面不断被具有高流速的气液相交替地冲击,不断地从金属表面脱去保护膜或腐蚀产物,裸露的钢表面又会被介质快速腐蚀形成腐蚀膜后,再被两相流冲掉,如此反复,造成管内金属表面膜的连续破坏,使腐蚀加剧,最终导致钢铁表面的冲刷腐蚀失效。
