A modified analysis method based on the determination of ozone—indigo disulphonate spectrophotometer(GB/T 15437-1995) in gas phase has been developed to detect the concentration of ozone in liquid phase. In this dissertation , the fading status of several mid-temperature vinyl sulphone reactive dyes with different color and relatively low cost in light and perspiration has been tested according to the ATTS standard. A team of three prime color reactive dyes with high light-perspiration fastness (Levafix Fast Red CA、Reactive Yellow 3RS、Reactive Navy RGB) has been selected and the influence of different dyeing process parameter on their match performance were studied and finally the proper normal dyeing process was confirmed.
