The results revealed that screwdrivers with triangle shaped handle could help subjects produce the maximum torque. Moreover, wearing an anti-static glove or being barehanded can produced the maximum torque and spent the least time as well. Experiment 2 evaluates the handle diameter of screwdriver (30 mm, 34 mm or 38 mm) and operation plan. The results showed that the torque increased with the increase of the radius, the operation time and the brachioradialis muscle activity also increased with the increase of the radius.
