The notable proliferation was not observed by eyes in the local of injection. The infiltration of inflammation cells and mild proliferation of fibrocyte around dura mater was observed by HE stained in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. Infiltration and exudation of inflammation cells was observed by HE stained in epidural nerve root. Compared with group A, no changes of group B, C and D were observed under specific stained. Proliferation of type Ⅱ collagen fibers around dura mater was seen under immunohistochemical stained in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. There is no significant demyelination changes under LFB stained. The thickness and shape of the myelin sheath in epidural nerve root was not regular under transmission electronic microscopy in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. Fibroblast was also seen there. In nerve endometrium, macrophage could be seen under TEM, myelinated nerve fiber changed significantly, but nonmyelinated nerve fiber changed mildly. When 8 weeks, the changes of group D is smaller than the group B and C.

Methods:Fifty paired embalmed cadaveric humeri (twenty-five pairs:fourteen from male donors and eleven from female donors) were scanned in medial-lateral and anterior-posterior position according to the humeral retroversion by CT. Images of the humeri in the transverse planes at the lowest border of neck,20mm and 40mm distal of LBN(LBN-20、LBN-40), isthmus, head-neck anterior-posteriorwere obtained. Sixty-one extracortical and intracortical parameters were measured exactly by image analytic computer software that included offset, head position, head-shaft angle, head to tuberosity height, head thickness, curvature radius, articular surface arc, neck diameter, isthmus position, proximal and distal border of isthmus, maximum coronal and sagittal diameter of medullary canal and thickness of cortical bone in four planes, including LBN, LBN-20,LBN-40 and isthmus.

Results:(1) Spin-echo sequence included axial, coronal and sagittal images. In T1-weighted images,the medulla oblongata is isointense,the cistern is hypointense; in T2-weighted images,the medulla oblongata is isointense, CSF shows hyperintense, and the arteries of posterior fossa appear hypointense flow voids. The cisternal cranial nerves are not clearly demonstrated in the routine spin-echo images. In 3D-time of flight images, the brain tissue shows isointense, CSF is hypointense, the artery shows hyperintense,and the cranial nerves show linear isointense.
