Tumor cells grew actively in the tumor tissues of the control group. Prodrug therapy group: small amount of tumor cells were denatured vacuously,others were infiltrated by lympholeukocyte,and the growth of tumor cells were surspressed.Prodrug themochemotherapy group: what we can see that tumor cells were denatured vacuously, mesoplasts crinkled, cellular boundary disappered, only a small number of tumor cells remained, fibroblast were seen scatteredly, tumor cells were invaded by a lot of lympholeukocyte and eosinophilic granulocyte. Normal liver tissues, stomach tissues, lung tissues, pancreas tissues, small intestine tissues, large intestine tissues showed normal shape.

Methods:Human CD80 cDNA was transfected into B16 melanoma cells by lipofectin-mediated gene transfer before the expansion of tumor cells were tested by MTT method in vitro;C57BL/6 mice were inculated subcutaneously either mock-transfected B16 cells (B16-neo)or CD80-transfected B16 cells (B16-CD80),then the latency,survival times and tumor mass growth were investigated.The lymphocytes were examined for both proliferation indices and specific cytotoxic activity by MTT method and improved LDH-releasing method,after syngenic Mixed Lymphocyte tumor cultures.

In this study,one pair of specific primer for mature chicken interleukin-18(ChIL-18) cDNA was designed and synthesized according to the previously published gene sequence of ChIL-18.The full length cDNA gene of ChIL-18 encoding mature active protein was amplified from LPS–stimulated MDCC-MSB1 cells by Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction.Then it was cloned into pMD18-T vector. Sequencing analysis showed that the nucleotide sequence of this ChIL-18 mature protein gene was 5l0bp including the stop coden and the same as the published ChIL-18 cDNA sequence by Schneider K.

The results display that the thymus-index, spleen-nidex, immune globulins of IgA, IgG, IgM and alexins of C3, C4 in the experiment groups were significantly higher than those of the control group (P.05); the spleen's lymphocytes translation stimulate indexes in the experiment groups were higher than that of the control group at a significance level(P.01). The peritoneal macrophages can enhance the ability of swallowing. The ability of licking up neutral red was depended upon the dosage of drug.
