In such doing, this dissertation serves as a step stone for papers of its counterparts to come, and, more importantly, it proposes a strategic alternative to the realization of models for image processing. This dissertation consists of three major parts. In the first part, detailed discussions and delicate analyses of academic papers on Cellular Neural Network will be provided in the hope of helping us see the potentiality of Cellular Neural Network in the applications of image processing. I will focus on the aforementioned limitations on hardware compilation as well. In the second part, I will put forth "texture analysis" as one basic model of analysis when we apply Cellular Neural Network to image processing. In this so-called texture analysis, a useful "spatial feature" is especially drawn to help us overcome possible problems of more complicated Cellular Neural Network applications in image processing."Spatial feature" also serves as a well-functioning mechanism for technology of image identification. In the last part of this thesis, I will look into a case study, where Cellular Neural Network is applied to help de-screen document image. Using it as an example, we will see how algorithms of Cellular Neural Network may be of marvelous use in applications in document image processing, since it would reduce a great deal of calculation and computation when applied to software compilation, yet opens up unlimited possibilities for higher-speed hardware compilation of high-level image processing.

The management and quality analysis of the primitive images have been analyzed and studied in this paper, of which the content and structure are as follows:Firstly, the developing background and the meaning of the management and quality analysis of the primitive image, as well as the trends of the management and data quality of the image database studied both in and out of our country, have been discussed in detail.Secondly, the developing direction of the technology of the remote sensing image and the importance of the remote sensing images in the field of economy nowadays have been analyzed systematically. And it is pointed that the primitive image with the elements of interior and exterior orientation will become more and more important as a sort of image production.Thirdly, the hierarchical structure of database, especially the SQL Server adopted in this system, has been deep studied and analyzed in the aspects of Applying Program Interface, Internet Data Connector and ActiveX Data Object.Fourthly, the methods of assessing the quality of the remote sensing image have been put forward in the terms of geometry, construction and the integrality of the assistant information.Fifthly, the model of propagation of errors of the precision of the ground coordinates has been calculated in the steps of inner orientation, spatial resection and answering based on the deep analysis of the principles and processes of inner direction and space resection, which have also been experimented and analyzed in term of numerical value.Finally, the total design and the idiographic realization of the sub-modules have been introduced in detail, based on which the design and development of this system are realized in combination with the program languages such as VB6.0, VC6.0 and SQL.

In order to apply remote sensing image in terrain simulation, we must get the remote sensing image with high space resolution and high spectrum resolution. In this paper, we use the TM image, IKONOS image and same zones DEM to make three demention terrain map. In order to keep the TM images spectrum information and import the geometry character of IKONOS to fetch up the disadvantage of TM and IKONOS,we first use the polynomial method to geometry registration the IKONOS image and TM image,then we use the fusion algorithm base on HIS transformation fuse the TM image and IKONOS image.

The experimental goal is to use SOPC-NIOSII EDA / SOPC system platform for real-time moving object detection system in this paper. After the inputs of image penetrated the CMOS Sensor to receive the data of the image makes the RGB form the transformation. The CPU processes operation of image detects. After the processed of image deliveres to VGA displayed output of real-time image. We use example programs of DE2 platfrom to achieve entire hardware on experiment board of SOPC-NIOSII EDA / SOPC System platform. On system of dectect image we divided into two parts : hardware and software. We use Verrilog of HDL to modify code in hardware. To use Custom IP of SOPC Builder produced IP of our need. We need a interface to connect in the COMS Sensor to FPGA and FPGA to VGA among. The code synthesize to create a programming file of *.S by Quartus II. Then, to use USB BLASTER of SOPC-NIOSII EDA/SOPC System platform programmed on FPGA. We use NIOS II IDE to assign DMA address in sofaware. We use SOPC-NIOSII EDA / SOPC System platform of Hum-Heng Technology co.
中文摘要本论文实验目标是在於利用SOPC-NIOSII EDA/SOPC系统平台来实现即时移动物体侦测的系统,影像输入透过CMOS Sensor接收影像的资料经过RGB格式的转换,再经过处理器处理影像侦测的运算,最后再将处里后的影像资料传送给VGA做即时的影像输出,我们使用DE2平台的测试范例程式转换在SOPC-NIOSII EDA/SOPC系统平台实验板来实现整个的硬体,我们将影像侦测系统分为硬体和软体二部份,硬体部分我们使用Verilog硬体描述语言修改撰写,利用SOPC Builder的自订IP产生我们所需的IP ,在COMS Sensor到FPGA跟FPGA到VGA中间我们需要一个interface来进行连接,经由Quartus II来合成产生*。sof的烧入档,然后利用SOPC-NIOSII EDA/SOPC系统平台专用的USB BLASTER来烧入到FPGA上,软体部分我们使用NIOSII IDE来定址我们DMA位址,主板我们采用华亨科技公司的SOPC-NIOSII EDA/SOPC系统平台。
