Positive rate of pCAgcGHc detected by PCR was 90% in F〓 of transgenic allotetraploid fish produced by inbreeding, while most F〓 of transgenic allotetraploid fish produced by gynogenesis showed diploidy measured by flow cytometer. The results above imply that developing the pure line of transgenic allotetraploid fish through inbreeding is feasible, but the operation should be modified if gynogenesis is introduced.

The main objective of this project is to research and develop a novel and high efficient video codec framework based on wavelet techniques, especially to address the heterogeneousness of video networks, the fluctuation of transmission bandwidth and the diversity of video-stream receivers. The system will have some basic characteristics of the next video coding standard, such as high compression efficiency, high scalability and high error resiliency. This project will provide a software prototype of wavelet video codec with full scalability, construct a verification platform for wavelet video on demand service, and furthermore, design some VLSI IP cores of the key module in the codec system

The spiny eel , belonging to Perciformes, Osteichthyes, is a kind of little freshwater fish distributed in Southern China. In 1998, Our lab detected XX/XY differentiated sex chromosomes in this specie with karyotypic analysis, and then with chromosomal binding and SC observation, we identified that its two largest metacentric chromosomes were X, Y sex chromosomes in 1999. X, Y chromosomes differ each other not only in the distribution of heterochromatin but also in their shapes, which make them could be recognized directly under the light-microscope without any banding treatment.

As exposed to optics microscope and inverted microscope,compared to control,SW480 cells with Giemsa staining that treated with the H2RA(cimetidine、nizatidine) took on malignance declining as crimpled firstly,cellular bulk and heteromorphism dimimished,the amount of rounded cell manifolded,nucleolus bulk lessened,dyeing thin,the amount of nucleolus decreased,partial cell organs manifest side-gathering phenomenon on chromatin,and the link between SW480 cell is loosened , subsequently partial rounded cell is floated.When the H2RA(cimetidine 40μM、nizatidine 20μM) against SW480 cells after 3 day,SW480 cells change roundly,nucleolus smashed,shrinking nucleolus came into being,and part of those not adhibited cell wall.
