In the fourth chapter, firstly it introduces the Boolean functions algebraic expressions of the 2-value clock-controlled stop-and-go generator and Gunther generator. It reveals the balanced property of the two kinds of Boolean functions, and studies the Walsh cycle spectrum and the autocorrelation function. It also obtains the coincidence rate of their output sequences with affine sum of some bits of input sequences, and analyzes their ability of resisting the best affine approximation cryptanalysis and differential cryptanalysis. Secondly, we properly present a new definition of the Best Affine Approximation, namely BAA on the Boolean vector functions, followed by the spectral characteristic of such defined BAA attacks through using the decomposition formula of the union distribution for random variables. A lower bound of such BAA attacks is proposed. Finally, we also study the spectral characteristic of the second kind of nonlinearity of Boolean vector functions, followed by a higher bound of such nonlinearity. Furthermore, the limited relationship between the second kind of nonlinearity of Boolean vector functions and the linear structure of the linear combination of every component is analyzed.

A fast extraction method of beer bottle rasied character is introduced in this paper. It is the technique combination of moving target tracking based on dynamic image sequence with edge detection algorithm for speeding up the processing of character extraction to meet the demand of on-line detection in industry. First dynamic image sequence is obtained with an area CCD camera, and the background frames are detected based on the coherence between the background and character image from the video and inevitability of background frames emergence.

Thirdly, proper probabilistic model is built for the bilateral stop-and-go generator and the probability properties of its output sequence are studied. It is proved that the output sequence obey strong law of large numbers and central limit theorem and that, however, the distributions of 0 and 1 in the output sequence are imbalanced, which implies that this generator cannot be used as keystream generator directly. The rate of coincidence between the output sequence and corresponding LFSR sequences, together with their first derivatives are obtained, which reveal the existence of correlation between these sequences.

Through variance ratio test, the result shows, that the random walk hypothesis of BDI logarithm series can be rejected and international dry bulk shipping market is inefficient.
