The plates are obtained by two steps: compound felt and hot pressing shaping. The opening, mixture, carding, net-paving and needling process that affect shaping process of the blending fiber needle felt are investigated. Then it is concluded that the fiber nets from the BC-272B carding machines are uniform when the rolling speeds of licker-in, cylinder, doffer roller of the roller carding machine are 900r/min, 850r/min and 15.6r/min separately. The fiber needle felt is in a good condition when the paving nets have 8 layers, the type of the felting needle is 30, the density of needling is 1800end/m2, and the depth of needling is 3mm.

NodD binds to and bends target promoters through anchoring two tandem and individual specific DNA sites. NodD functions as a tetramer, which has a V-shaped main body. Tetrameric NodD is to change its own conformation rather than its oligomeric forms in response to small signal molecules. The specific interaction between each NodD DNA-binding domain and each specific DNA site does not alter itself in spite of naringenin induction, and the induced conformational change is transferred from protein to DNA. Only the DNA conformation incited by induced NodD is competent for RNA polymerase to form the transcriptional open complex. It cannot be excluded that NodD may have protein-to-protein contacts with RNA polymerase, and that the NodD conformational change may also directly contribute to the transcriptional open complex formation. However, the NodD conformational change itself cannot serve as the determinant of the transcriptional molecular switch.

Results indicated that according to the different newly increased cultivated land rate, land consolidation projects on the district or county level could be divided into four categories: land consolidation, cland consolidation and exploitation, land development and consolidation, land development. While according to the investment per unit area on newly increased cultivated land, it could also be divided into four categories: high investment, reasonable investment, partial low investment and low investment. Correlating curve type among the investment per unit area in newly increased cultivated land, average annual growth rate of GDP and average annual growth rate of per capita GDP was a compound one. Correlations among newly increased cultivated land investment per unit area and annual growth rate of per capita GDP, annual growth rate of per capita GDP and other economic development indexes showed an "S" changing tendency curve.
