The CC MRI findings are characterized mainly by:(1)frequently-encountered multiple circular foci during the cysticercus survival:small excentric spotty images of the mural cysticercus scolex :slightly high signs on T1WI and middle-lower signs on T2WI;lower signs on T1WI and high signs on T2WI of the capsular liquid;lower signs of the cerebrospinal fluid but relatively high signs of the capsular liquid on FLAIR;and unremarkable peripheral edema;(2)scolex disappearance,enlarged capsular cavity and remarkable peripheral edema during cysticercus degeneration and necrosis;(3)lower signs on T1WI and T2WI and peripheral edema disappearance after the focal calcification;(4)findings shown by the enhanced scanning:strengthened (24/36) or non-strengthened (12/36) cyst-wall circular images;strengthened (22/36) or non-strengthened (14/36) small intracapsular spotty images;(5)cerebral-ventricular type often occurring in the third and fourth ventricles:one case in the third ventricle (1/36) and three cases in the fourth ventricle (3/36),all of suffered from obstructive hydrocephalus;(6)hydrocephalus caused by arachnoid adhesion (2/36) in meningeal type.
结果 脑实质型18例,脑室型4例,脑膜型3例,混合型11例,主要MRI特点:(1)囊虫存活期,病灶呈圆型,多发常见,附壁囊虫头节呈偏心型小点状影,T1WI呈略高信号,T2WI呈中低信号;囊液T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号;在FLAIR上脑脊液呈低信号,而囊液呈相对高信号;周围水肿不明显。(2)囊虫退变坏死期,头节消失,囊腔扩大,周围水肿明显。(3)病灶钙化后,T1WI及T2WI均呈低信号,周围水肿消失。(4)增强扫描表现为:囊壁环状增强(24/36),或不增强(12/36);囊内小点状影增强(22/36),或不增强(14/36)。(5)脑室型:常发生于第三、四脑室,其中第三脑室1例(1/36),第四脑室3例(3/36),均引起阻塞性脑积水。(6)脑膜型:因蛛网膜粘连,而引起脑积水(2/36)。

Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound(1) Renal occupied lesions: the contrast-enhanced imaging feature of renal cell carcinomas are multiformity. It was different in time of start-enhancing and start- expurgation and intensio.3 cases revealed wash-in contemporarily and 6 cases revealed wash- in quickly in time of start-enh ancing.In time of start-expurgating, 3 cases showed wash-out quickly, 3cases revealed wash-out contemporarily,3 cases showed wash-out slowly,6 cases revealed a higher contrast enhancement and 3 cases revealed a even contrast enhancement in enhancing intension; 4 cases with renal cyst s,outline had more clear and inside had no contrast media washing in and enhancing;3cases with renal angiomyolipomas washed in slowly,washed out slowly and equal or low enhanced ; 2cases with renal columnar hypertrophy were no outline appearance and the same enhancement and ech o as the nomal rena tissue.
超声造影诊断结果:(1)肾占位性病变:9例肾透明细胞癌,其超声造影表现多种多样,造影后肾脏恶性病灶造影开始增强的时间、开始廓清的时间及增强强度不等,在开始增强的时间方面,与正常肾皮质同时灌注增强的有3例,表现为快进的有6例,在开始廓清的时间方面,快退3例,同退3例,慢退3例,在增强的强度方面,6例病灶表现为高增强,3例为等增强表现;4例肾囊性病灶,超声造影轮廓较二维超声清晰,但内部始终未见增强;3例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤表现为慢进慢退,回声呈等、低增强表现;2例肾柱肥大超声造影无明显包块轮廓出现,造影增强的动态变化时间、强度与正常肾组织一致。

Results: Tyroserleutide can significantly increase the life span of H22 tumor-bearing mice by 50-70% in dosages of 20ug/kg/d-80ug/kg/d,specially the high dosage of 80ug/ml can significantly increase the life span by 69.24%; Tyroserleutide can inhibit the growth of transplanted hepatocellular tumor BEL-7402 in nude mice,the rate of tumor inhibition was25-50% in dosages of 40-320ug/ml ,the inhibition rate of 160ng/ml was 44.03%; Tyroserleutide could inhibit the growth of H22 and BEL-7402 tumor in a dose-dependent manner. Simultaneously, tumoricidal activity of tyroserleutide against BEL-7402 cell line in vitro was observed hinger when compared with the control group(P.05).The inhibition effect of 72hrs was higher than 24hrs,48hrs,96hrs.And specially the high dosage of 160ug/ml can significantly inhibit growth of tumor cell by 19.36%. Tyroserleutide can activated PEM and marked enhance cytotoxicity andphagocytosis functions in vitro and in vivo. The OD values of cytotoxicity were observed hinger when compared with the control group(P.05).The cytotoxicity of macrophages activated by tyroserleutide against BEL-7402 and B16-F10 was 35.58%,61.2% in vitro and21.39%,47.63% in vivo. The cytotoxicity rate of nude mice PEM was 32.86%,73.07% in vivo. Furthermore, tyroserleutide alone could stimulated the production of IL-1B TNF- a and NO by M . Tyroserleutide and LPS could synergistically activated M producing more cytotoxicity effectors. Conclusion: Tyroserleutide had inhibition functions against hepatoma carcinoma .Its possible mechanisms were related to the affect that Tyroserleutide could inhibit tumor cell directively and induce tumor cells apoptosis or death effectively.

In this project, the selection criteria of matrix and reinforcement for obtaining composites with high strength and toughness are determined. The as-cast and aged microstructures of composites reinforced with particles of different strength are observed, and their metallurgical conditions and stabilization mechanisms are analyzed. The aging precipitation behaviors and mechanisms are studied. Some characteristics of nano-materials (micro-distortion areas) are found in 150nm- Al2O3p/Al composites and their formation mechanisms are expatiated. The "flexible" restriction to the deformation of the matrix by low strength AlN particle is observed by in-situ TEM and SEM techniques, and the mechanisms of its resist on cracks propagation and its contribution to composite strength are revealed. The high temperature deformation behaviors of Al2O3p/Al composites are studied. A rare-earth coating is established on sub-micron Al2O3 particles, leading to an improvement in wettability between coated Al2O3 and liquid aluminum and a decrease in infiltration pressure. The strength and ductility of coated particles reinforced composite are also increased. The interfacial characteristics, bonding structures and their formation mechanisms are studied, and the crystal orientation relationships between reinforcement particles and aluminum matrix are investigated. Finally a lighter composite with better balance of strength and damping properties is reinforced with hollow ceramic microballoons of ultra-lower strength.
