Since the multiple scattering should be considered, the scattering problem of many-cylinders is more complicated than single cylinder. By using scattering matrix method to solve the scattering problem of many-cylinders, first we have to express the incident fieldand scattered field by special function(for example, Bessel function and Hankel function)under cylindrical coordinate, then use the addition theorem of special function to get a linear system of equations to relate the incident field coefficients and scattered field coefficients. The incident and scattered field coefficients for every cylinder can be solved from the linear equations by matching electromagnetic boundary condition pointwisely.
单颗圆柱散射体的散射场解析解很早就被解出,而多个圆柱阵列的散射场问题因为涉及到入射光在圆柱与圆柱间的多重散射,故散射行为较单颗圆柱的散射复杂,因此圆柱阵列的多重散射问题需要利用加法定理来处理;散射矩阵法的主要精神即是先用圆柱座标下的特殊函数对平面波和圆柱散射体的内外域电磁场做无穷级数展开,再藉由特殊函数的加法定理将所有圆柱散射体的展开中心移到同一个展开中心,最后可以得到一组连结整个散射系统的入射电磁场系数及散射电磁场系数的线性方程组,将该组线性方程配合电磁场在散射体边界的连续条件,便可分别求出圆柱阵列中各个圆柱体的内部电磁场与外部散射场,再利用线性叠加原理即可求得整个圆柱系统的全域电磁场分布。

The conditions to measure accurately and the principles to select parameters of the multi— probes EST method are proposed, and the theoretical research, computer imitation and the experiment on a machine tool prove that these principles and suggestion are necessary and effective. The influence of the initial value errors of the probes, the installation error of the probes system, and the remaining error caused by the radical error motion are analyzed quantitively on the measurement accuracy of the multi—probes EST method. The influence of the error caused by the probe's axes which is not in a plane and the perpendicularity error of the plane which the probe's axes is in to the stational axis are discussed on the measurement results.
结合理论分析,对这些EST方法进行了计算机仿真分析和研究,重点研究了这些方法的应用条件和误差分离精度,所得出的结论是:三测头法EST基本上能实现各项误差的完全分离,适于在位测量使用;二测头法在恰当地选择测头安装角的条件下,可以得到较高测量精度,适于大型零件圆度、圆柱度、径向圆跳动和全跳动的在位测量;对置两测头时域法可以在一定程度上改善单测头法测量精度,但对随机径向误差无能为力;对置两测头频域法存在严重的谐波损失。

In this text, we introduce our research of using silver nanostructures to enhance the detection of fluorescent molecules. Different shapes of nano structures were studied by the dark-field optical microscopy. Comparing with the triangular and rectangular structures, the rod-like structure has the best efficiency in the fluorescence enhancement.
本文介绍利用银奈米结构所产生的局域增益光场应用於萤光分子之检测,不同几何结构所造成的萤光增益效应不同,我们发现奈米圆柱在相同的条件下,对萤光亮度提升有最佳效果。
