The spore germination and gametophyte development of 21 ferns are studied. It indicates that :① the development period of prothallium and young sporophyte of the same species is different due to seeding time of spores;② the optimal temperatures of spores germination and gametophyte development of 21 ferns are about 15 -24 ℃;③ the rate of spore germination of rare ferns is much lower than the ferns which occur large populations in nature;④ the treatment with GA 3 can accelerate the germination of the spores;⑤ the prothallium changes from large to small, green to yellow when young sporophyte comes out. The prothalliums of all 21 ferns die away after the appear of the 3rd leaf of sporophytes;⑥ shapes of the 1st and 2nd leaves of the young sporophyte are different from those emerged later;⑦ spores cultured in dark can not germinate;⑧ a prothallium can develop only one young sporophyte though it has many archegoniums, and the spore propagation with leaf mould substrate is an economical method.
摘 要:以腐叶土为培养基质,对 21 种蕨类植物进行了孢子萌发和原叶体发育的研究,结果表明:①不同时期播种的同种蕨类的孢子,发育出原叶体和幼孢子体所历经的时间长短不同;②孢子萌发和配子体生长发育的适宜温度约为 15 ~ 24 ℃;③稀有蕨类的孢子萌发率低,而在野外能形成较大种群的蕨类的孢子萌发率高;④用 GA 3 处理孢子可以促进萌发;⑤当原叶体上长出幼孢子体时,原叶体由大变小,由绿变黄, 21 种蕨类的原叶体都在幼孢子体上长出第 3 片叶时消失;⑥幼孢子体上长出的第 1 、 2 片叶在形态上与以后长出的叶不同;⑦孢子萌发需要光;⑧ 1 片原叶体尽管有多个颈卵器,但仅发育出 1 株幼孢子体;⑨利用腐叶土进行蕨类孢子繁殖是一种经济实用的繁殖方法。

The canopy structure and leaf morphological characters of 4 sugarcane genotypes at different leaf layers on seedling were studied by using CI-100 plant canopy instrument and CI-203 area meter instrument. The results showed the leaf morphological parameters, canopy structure and radiation transmission at different leaf layers were notably different among different genotypes. The variation of Ila, Amfi, Dl at different leaf layers were mainly caused by the leaf width at relevant position. The variation of K at different leaf layers was related to Amfi and Dl. The variation of Td(transm. coef. for diffuse penetration)had significant correlations with Ila, Amfi and Dl. The variation of Tr(transm. coef. for radiation penetration)had significant correlations with Dl, leaf width and the ratio of leaf length to width. The variation of Par had significant correlations with Ila, leaf area, leaf width and the ratio of leaf length to width.

Sham needling in sham point can significantly activate BA6, 8,9,10,18,21,37,40,43,44.The activated points are mainly distributed in the right side of the brain.The left side also has some activated points;5.In the comparasion of Acupunture and sham-needling in S J5,we find that BA8 and cerebellum have distinct regional activated points;6.In the comparasion of acupuncture in SJ5 and sham point,we find BA2 and left cerebellar regions have activated points;7.Sham needling in S J5 compared with sham point,we find BA7,8,9,18 and other areas have activated points,the main activated points are at the left brain.It is not difficult to find that the distribution of activated points are mainly in the middle brain,no obvious activated points at the temporal lobe.
结果:通过对数据的处理和分析,我们初步发现:1、外关穴真针刺能显著激活Brodmann area45、37、44、40、22、13、37、47区、海马、杏仁核、黑质等区域,小脑左侧更明显,左侧颞叶皮层激活点多于右侧,且脑部左侧深层激活点多于右侧;2、外关穴假针刺能显著激活BA46、44、41、13、40、37、19区等区域,激活点主要集中表现在大脑皮层,以颞叶为主,小脑及深部未发现明显激活点;3、非穴真针刺组结果分析初步表明,BA2、6、8、13、21、37、40、44、45、47区以及壳核等区域有激活点,大脑左、右侧均有激活点,但右侧更多,双侧颞中回、顶叶下小叶、缘上回及豆状核有明显激活点,激活点主要集中在大脑皮层,深部激活点主要在壳核;4、非穴假针刺能显著激活BA6、8、9、10、18、21、37、40、43、44区等区域有激活点,主要分布在大脑的右侧,左侧也有不少激活点,就其具体分布主要在颞叶和额叶,少部分分布在顶叶和枕叶;5、外关穴真针刺与假针刺对比发现,BA8区和小脑等区域有明显的激活点;6、外关穴真针刺与非穴真针刺对比发现BA2区、左侧小脑等区域有激活点;7、外关穴假针刺与非穴假针刺对比发现,BA7、8、9、18等区有激活点,主要反应点在左侧大脑的枕叶中回、楔叶,顶叶楔前叶及额上回、中回,就其分布不难看出主要在大脑中部,颞叶未见明显激活点。
