In this paper, hydraulic performance tests on two sprinklers under different conditions are conducted. The two sprinklers are widely used for gardens irrigation in China, named model R50 of Rainbird Company and model PGP of Hunter company. On account of the sprinkler's structure, preliminary analysis on the tested data is also made. Based on the tested data, some advice on the best choice and layout of the sprinkler in irrigation design is presented.
