In this paper, the modeling theory of multi-rigid-body dynamics was thoroughly investigated in order to make up the shortcoming in the above modeling method. The major research achievements are as follows:①Based on the matrix of direction cosine between the body-fixed base and the reference base, and Poisson equation of a rigid body rotating, the coordinate transformation method for the modeling of treelike multi-rigid-body dynamics is derived. The method is very routinization and easy to use the computer to carry on the symbol derivation.

After analyzing the characteristic of the rigid plane motion and the shortcomings of classical digital image correlation algorithms, the phase-angle position of the rigid body in the 2D image was characterized by 1D sequence signals using the method of equiangular sampling feature extraction based on circle windows. Then the generalized correlation algorithm for estimation of time delay based on wavelet transform was used to acquire the angular displacement. Finally the ultrasonic radiation force acted on the micro-component was determined by the relation between force and motion.

The first one is to evaluate the characteristic of points and straight lines on moving rigid body, whose mathematics model is a kind of special non-differential max-mini optimal problem with inequality constraints. By the method of Saddle-point Programming and maximum entropy, the problem can be transformed as a differential optimal problem with single objective. The second oner is to search approximative character points or straight lines on moving rigid body within design space, whose mathematic model is nonlinear and non-differential problem with multiple constraints.
