Basanite and tephrite from Mt. Crater, Cape Bird and Bonney Lake exhibit similar composition in major elements and trace elements, rare earth elements . They are enriched in MgO, TiO〓, transitional elements and compatible elements , and depleted in SiO〓, Al〓O〓, Na〓O, K〓O, incompatible elements and rare earth elements; Latite from Cape Rodeys and Cape Evens are different from basanite and tephrite, they are enriched in SiO〓, Al〓O〓, Na〓O, K〓O, incompatible elements and rare earth elements, and depleted in Mgo, TiO〓, transitional elements and compatible elements. Volcanic rocks in five regions have the same isotopic ratio of 〓Sr/〓Sr (0.703115-0.703334) and 〓Nd/〓 Nd (0.512892-0.513076), however,〓Pb/〓Pb ratio in volanic rocks from Mt. Crater, Cape Bird and Bonney Lake is lower than those of Cape Rodeys and Cape Evens.

Based on the complexity of the sources for the sediments in the Okinawa Trough, the sequential extraction procedure was applied to the hydrothermal influenced sediments in the core H9 recovered from the middle Okinawa Trough. Five fractions, including exchangeable, bound to carbonates, bound to iron and manganese oxides, bound to organic matter, and residual were acquired. Based on detailed analysis for major, minor and rare earth element compositions, the distributions of the elements in various speciations of the sediments were determined and the controlling mechanism was discussed. The variations of hydrothermal signatures in the core, partitioned from the terrigenous, volcanic and biogenic materials, have been demonstrated and the accumulation rates of some elements were evaluated.
本文针对冲绳海槽多种物源沉积作用混杂的特征,采用顺序淋滤萃取方法对海槽中部受热液活动影响的H9岩芯沉积物进行了分离,将沉积物中分为可交换态、碳酸盐结合态、铁锰氧化物结合态、有机结合态和残渣态五个部分,并对各个结合态中常量、微量和稀土元素组成进行了分析,确定了不同元素在不同结合态中分配的比例,分析了控制不同元素进入沉积物的主要机制。

In this paper,the Lactate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase,superoxide dis-mutase of five tissues of Carassius auratus gibelio; Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus; Esox americanus Gmelin; Leuciscus waleckii in Dalai Lake were studied by vertical polypropylene gel electrophoresis and the isozyme composion of four kinds of fishes were obtained. Then the analysis of the expressing specify of 3 kinds of isozyme in different tissues and loci were carried on and the genetic base of isozyme system was discussed.
