To dec.2002 were analysed by means of wounding tract and fracture.results during 24 cases of gunshot wound, wounds of 20 cases healed without event after primary debridment and sewing wounds,3 cases healed and l case infected in 4 cases of primary debridment without suture,and 4 cases of primary internal fixed fracture had no osteomyelitis.the injury of soft tissue and contamination of wound track were serious in explosion wound than in gunshot wound,10 cases healed without event and 4 cased infected in l4 cases of primary closed explosion wounds,and 2 cases of primary inernal fixed fracture had no osteomyelitis.conclusion it is suggested that the management of firearm wound in cold and dry region may be delayed moderately in time of debridement.the firearm wound may be treated by internal fixation of fracture and primary closing of tract after early debridment when the soft tissue injury was light in peacetime, which decreased the infection,disability and promoted rehabilitation of patients.
结果 24例枪伤中,20例一期缝合伤口,均一期愈合,另外4例只清创未一期缝合的伤口,3例愈合,1例感染;4例骨折内固定均愈合良好,无骨髓炎发生。16例炸伤病人局部软组织损伤及污染比枪弹伤重,14例一期缝合伤口中,10例一期愈合,4例感染,骨折内固定2例,均愈合良好,无骨髓炎发生。结论寒冷干燥地区火器伤早期伤道清创时限可适当延长,在平时火器伤的救治中,对软组织条件较好的创面,早期清创后可一期闭合伤口和骨折内固定,这样可减少感染和伤残,促进康复。寒冷干燥地区;火器伤;早期救治

The national defence basic project as background and the dynamic model of cotrolled transfer matrix for multiple launch rocket was created in order to reduce the initial disturbance of rocket projectile. The causes that affect the angle change of orientation locator were analyzed by the engineering system dynamic theory base on multibody system transfer matrix method. The simulation of dispersion for multiple launch rocket was implementation, and the affect law between the angle of elevation and side deflection and the control parameters was acquired. The control module was installed on the orientation locator of multiple rocket launcher to control the initial disturbance of rocket that provide new method and theory base and show the engineering system dynamic base on the multibody system transfer matrix method is effective.
本文以国防基础科研项目为背景,建立了通过控制定向器角运动来减小火箭弹起始扰动的多管火箭受控多体系统动力学模型,应用基于多体系统传递矩阵法的工程系统动力学理论,进行了定向器角度运动的影响因素分析,进行了受控多管火箭炮发射动力学和密集度数值仿真,得到了定向器俯仰和侧偏角控制参数对俯仰角和侧偏角的影响规律,为在火箭炮定向器上加装控制集成模块控制火箭弹的起始扰动和射击精度提供了新思路和理论基础,也表明了基于多体系统传递矩阵法的工程系统动力学理论的有效性。

Healing time for the skin scald was found to be much shorter than those ofthe skin wound. Because the skin wound is serious than the skin scalds. 3 The result of using OCT to monitor the model of acetic acid gastric ulcer in rats:Results of this experiment showed that using OCT technology can identify theulcerative gastric mucosa tissues with normal tissues, make the imaging on theunder-layer of gastric mucosa tissues, and evaluate the healing period and healingquality. From the OCT images can be clearly found the acetic acid gastric ulcer.
3大鼠胃溃疡模型的OCT成像检测结果:实验结果显示利用OCT能够实现溃疡组织的成像,可显示正常胃壁组织的层次性结构,对于溃疡病变过程中可对黏膜下病变的深度与状况进行成像分析,从图像可以很明显的发现溃疡性炎症病变区域(这个区域由于散射光变弱,颜色相对比较暗),在愈合的后期黏膜层基本愈合的状态下仍可显示黏膜下层组织的增生、未能完全愈合等病理改变。
