0前言非调质钢具有优良的使用性能和较低的生产成本,受到普遍重视。HG70钢是武钢开发的工程结构用钢,具有强度高、低温韧性好的特点。传统高强度钢一般碳当量较高,焊接性能较差。通过加入微量合金元素、采取新的控轧和调质工艺,使得HG70钢在提高强度的同时,亦保持了较高的韧性和较低的碳当量,因而从理论上讲HG70应具有较好的焊接性能,但HG70钢与HS-70焊丝的匹配情况,还有待于分析验证。
