It is shows that the sample with size of below 0.125nm can completely decomposed with phosphoric acid or mixture of phosphoric acid and sulfuric at about 160℃(corresponding to mid-low fire gear in microwave oven).
本实验根据X-射线衍射仪分析钛铁矿组成和结构的结果,利用钛铁矿显著吸收微波的介电特性,使用改装后的800W家用微波炉,在常压下选择中低火加热温度(160℃左右),分别用磷酸和磷硫混酸在微波辐照下消解粒度小于0.125mm的矿样,可快速将矿样消解完全。
