Stenosing tenovaginitis was induced by the saline injection via pressurized needle into muscle tendon of the sesamoid, resulting in local expansion of tendon sheath.

对 14例成人甲醛防腐固定标本拇掌指关节进行解剖学观察，并在籽骨部位的肌腱用加压针头分别注入适当生理盐水使腱鞘局部膨胀，制造模拟狭窄性腱鞘炎标本，进行模拟动力学观察。

MethodsAnatomy observation was performed at 10 adult cadaver samples(20 wrist joints)to study the correct points for injection. 50 patients with stenosing tenovaginitis in the styloid process of radius were t reated with local injection methods and the points of injections were determined accurately in the specimens and then wer e used in the clinical cases.

对10具成人防腐固定标本（20例腕关节）进行解剖0学结构观察，确定准确性的封闭点，根据确定的封闭点进针，对50例桡骨茎突狭窄性腿鞘炎的患者进行封闭治疗。
