All the above pollution generating facilities use the most clean energy, natural gas, for burning. Meanwhile, on melting furnace and refining furnace low nitrogen combustion technology such as low NOx burner is applied, and the generated smoke is discharged via chimney.
拟建项目之废气排放部位为硬质合金件生产线的预热炉（余热加热系统故障采用燃天然气加热时）、熔化炉和精炼炉及机加工机组热处理炉和蒸汽锅炉，污染物为以上部位产生的烟气中含有SO2、NOx以及烟尘，以上各产污设备均采用最清洁的能源——天然气为燃料，同时熔化炉和精炼炉采用低NOx烧嘴等低氮燃烧技术，产生的烟气由烟囱排放。
