Through collection of TIG welding arc light spectrum of steel with disturbing factor,this paper studied the effect of disturbing factors such as rusty and various gas flow rate on the arc light spectrum distribution.Furthermore, the light radiation of different spectral zones was studied to get the spectral signals that could reflect the disturbing factors which were critical for online welding quality control.
