Method］ The sweet sorghum variety with anti-smut silk——TR102 and the sweet sorghum variety with the sensitive to head smut——LTR106 being used as experimental material,the SSR technology was preliminarily applied in the analysis of sweet sorghum smut silk gene.

方法］ 以甜高粱抗丝黑穗病品种LTR102、甜高粱感丝黑穗病品种LTR106为试材，应用SSR技术对甜高粱丝黑穗病基因进行分子标记的初步分析。

On this basis, it was found that the chromosome number of tested onion was 2n=2x=16 through chromosome karyotype analysis on the root-tip cells of onion.
